Excellent service.

The PSA testing kit arrived quickly and the results were back within a week.
The quality of the kit was first class and the return procedure was simple.
Excellent service all round and peace of mind you can’t put a price on.

Got package quite quick despite…

Got package quite quick despite ordering late Friday, easy to follow
Instructions, my only issue was that I actually had to ask for my results when they was actually ready the day before left me waiting with stress and constantly checking emails, just nobody seemed to be bothered to actually email them

I could not find my primary work…

I could not find my primary work location to use as collection point. QR code was not recognised by Royal Mail app. Barcode could not be read.
