WOW, Ferrero Rocher bouquet looked exactly the same as picture online very impressed, kept up to date with delivery details and was delivered within 3 days, looking forward to giving it to my neighbour, i think they will love it, would definately recommend, thank you
I loved the colours in my bouquet and the personalisation of the gift. However, the back of the bouquet was quite messy and it did not have a neat finish. There was lots of tape on it and it had too much plastic wrapping. Also, I paid £39 for a large size bouquet and I would say it’s actually smaller than expected.

The wrapping is there to secure the gifts as we always want to ensure the gift remains intact at point of delivery.
The bouquet chosen was the large one and the amount of chocolates and flowers quantity are mentioned on our website, there is also an extra large option in this gift 🙂
Quite disappointed as wasn't presented as nicely as image. Balloon was near enough flat and cellophane was poorly done. Too embarrassed to give as gift

Looking back into records we can see the item was despatched on time from our warehouse. Standard delivery timeframe is usually 2-4 business days. Unfortunately we cannot control any delays from the courier.
