We were an artisan registered for an Oakville event which was cancelled by this organizer and they refuse to issue refunds even though we cannot be at the alternative date. This is unacceptable during a pandemic and small businesses like ours needs the funds and this organizer only cares about their revenues not small businesses. Stay away from this organizer as an artisan and please do not shop at their events
