Easy to walk and comfortable

I have bought multiple pairs of Allbirds over the years. That are my favourite pair of shoes for comfort, quality and durability. This time i wanted to get a shoe in the wool range. Unfortunately the shoes i bought first, which were of the size i usually wear, was a bit tight. I had to return that to try out another size. Allbirds no questions asked return policy helped me finally find the size that fits me. This level of support and service along with a wonderful product is what makes this brand so great...

It was very important to me to find an European brand working with natural products. I love the benefits of wool in sport shoes and clothes.

Delivery by Pony Express. It took so long to ship my order, I asked that it be cancelled. "Miraculously", the product shipped "nearly simultaneous" to my cancellation and took forever to arrive, preventing me from wearing the Allbirds to the event I originally purchased the shoes for. It got much worse when I tried to engage "customer service". Allbirds used to be very customer focused and friendly when they were new, however there has been a significant falloff in care and service and responsiveness.

I've ordered several pairs of shoes from AllBirds and they have been fantastic. So comfortable, and considering I've basically worn one pair almost daily for the last 18 months, and after multiple trips through the washing machine, I've had no issues with their durability.

I had a problem with my latest order; the courier failed to deliver the shoes. However, my experience with AllBirds customer support has been fantastic (I'm struggling to understand the comments from others). They have organised for replacement shoes to be sent, and there was no hassle, it was straightforward proactive customer support.
