Horrible customer service and extremely rude staff.
Found a black CBR600F(13) on ebay and called the dealer to ask if I could take the bike for a test ride, I told them I am coming all the way from London(140 miles one way).
The said if the weather it's bad then I'm not allowed to.I checked the weather beforehand and was suposed to be sunny, finally they said yes I can take the bike for a test ride.I even checked with my insurer for a quote and if I can transfer my existing insurance to this bike.
I was very excited, left home 6:30 so I can get there at 9:00, when they open.
I rode 140 miles through freezing cold temperatures.
When I get there it took them 5 minutes just to realize I was there, I gave them my driving licence, they start the bike, took the bike out, ready for a 30min(max) test ride.
It looked like was in a good condition.
I asked about the tyres(Bridgestone BT012) how good they are(because they have bad reviews), if the bike has datatag or a tracker.After that, the old, bald, grumpy guy refused to let me take the bike for a test ride, saying I don't want to buy the bike and all the stupid excuses he could think about(even things I never said).
Another guy told me to "put the money on the table" even if I was willing to pay in full and there was also an option for finance.
Who the hell rides 140 miles through freezing cold temperatures if they don't want to buy that motorcycle?
Do you think I can't find exact same model close to my place if I just wanted a test ride?
I'm 100% sure there was something fishy about the bike.
Liars, they say you can test the bike when you call them and when you get there they say no.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
I hope I don't have to deal with such horrible, abnoxious people ever again.
