A huge help at a very difficult time
The App itself is very easy to navigate, and saves so much time in terms of finding all the necessary documents you need, to deal with the many and complex requirements of both government and private institutions. Clear checklists, and roadmap of tasks also keeps all focused. The articles and information (and links) on coping with the emotional grief at the same time as dealing with all the admin also very valuable. Until you go through this experience it is difficult to comprehend the physical and emotional trauma as the result of bereavement. It's nice to finally have something which helps Malaysians at this extremely difficult time.
