Great customer support. I have a Mac but accidentally bought the Windows license and they managed to help me out and answer any question in order to fix the issues i was facing. This app is great & Spotify downloads are good quality.

it only uses a fraction(10%) of my bandwidth, even if I specified it to use all of my bandwidth (maxed all my settings). I have 30mbps and this software use 3mbps most of the time. Then at random times, it suddenly burst and use all 30mbps for a few seconds then go back to 3 mbps. It's really weird.

I've needed to contact Allavsoft on several occassions and have always had a quick and helpful response. Sometimes it was I needed a version upgrade and sometimes the program needed modification to meet my particular requirements. Recently, I purchased another computer and sent a request how I could transfer Allavsoft to the new computer. My answer was there the next morning. Thank you Allavsoft for a great product and excellent support

Allavasoft saves me a lot of time and effort (Multiple URLs feature) while working on projects that require multiple downloads from YouTube. I discovered that it's best to just select the download, downward facing arrow. It will offer to download just the selected lesson or all lessons in the course. Then just go to your chosen download folder, and search for all "mp4" files, select them, and copy to a new "course titled" folder. (You should ignore all the non-mp4 files).

It keeps asking for Udemy password, download doesn't start.

Allavsoft &Bigasoft is the same software neither is different then the other by the same company people need to take note of that and It's a just Okay app with much room for improvement.

Excellent and super fast response to many emails including providing software updates in order to fix my problem where all the downloaded videos were playing audio ONLY.
Problem ended up being with my Malware Fighter program running in the background and not Allavsoft.

Allavsoft the name says it "All" will download almost everything and automatically convert it to anything you want. Recently some changes were made that interrupted compatibility with Spotify. In just a few days team Allavsoft had a fix and I can report that it works as awesome as ever. I highly recommend Allavsoft, a great program supported by an awesome team.

I needed to access files on Spotify to use for a radio program (not streaming) and started using Allavsoft for downloading. Spotify instituted a recent limitation and lockdown on file transferring via apps like Allavsoft. Allovsoft responded by retooling the software so that it can continue to access Spotify files, which is only right if one is using a paid subscription. and it works as it did before Spotify changed it's algorithm.

Works great to download from Spotify. Like others said, sometimes it doesn't work for a day or so because something changed on the side of spotify. But they are always very quick to get is working again.

As Explained In My Previous Email Yesterday This Software Does Not Work With Spotify Any Longer I Am Using Your Latest Update (3.22.9.7586) & It Fails To Download Songs From My Spotify Account You May Have To Bring Out Some More Ammo To Diagnose The Software To See What The Problem Is So Far I Have Been Using It For Years With No Problems Until Now.

Been using about 6 months great upto now can't download from Spotify anymore it says download failed if there's an update please put it out there for download so we can continue with this great program.
Has been updated now and working great again took a while to get the update out but appreciated.

This software is just incredible.

Light weight software with no bloat that is incredibly simple to use and does exactly what it describes. All developers should create with these things in mind.

Very, very unreliable Software. Version 3.22.9.7586 as well as 3.22.9.7554 crashes repeatedly under Catalina Version 10.15.7. Sent Support various Crash and error logs but they didn't seem too interested. Don't waste money on this!

Update:
I have no idea what you "tested" nor what you asked "many Catalina users". I have not installed any Antivirus Software and I never reported any problems with Antivirus Software.

I still cannot recommend this program, but at least I received a refund now which is why I updated my rating. Make sure that it works for you during the first 30 days while Allavsoft offers a money back guarantee.

allavsoft is a verry nice program you can easily download music from spotify and youtube etc. I would recommend it to everyone
