Poor customer service.
I ordered an ELT and the next day tried to call and speak to an agent of the company to ask a question. I left several phone messages but never got a call back. Then I tried the chat system out of ten days trying I chatted with one person who told me my item had shipped a couple of days earlier and they would go to the wear house and get me my tracking number. Never heard back from that individual. Tried day after day to get the chat going to no avail. Hoped that the Christmas holidays was the reason. Then out of the blue I get an email that my package had shipped and arrived a couple of days later. I just hope that it works properly because I am not sure if I can get them on the line to help

Great prices and service
I found their website easy to navigate.
I was looking for some new avionics and an ADSB transponder. I found AllAvionics to have the best prices and free shipping. After I making the order it came quickly and was well packaged.

Truely a disgrace and disgusting company to deal with.
DO NOT PURCHASE or WASTE YOUR MONEY with these guys.
More than 3 months dealing with MARTIN from ALLAVIONICS. Still awaiting replies to emails, promised goods and requested for refunds.
Email have not been replied for more than than 2 weeks now.

I’m beyond impressed with my experience at AllAvionics.com! I ordered the Trig radio and AV-30C & tailBeaconX bundle for my Cherokee Six, and it was delivered in just two days. The price was incredible, and I saved so much compared to other stores. Plus, there was no sales tax added, which was a huge bonus. Ordered 2 antennas on 19 Nov
Ordered 2 antennas on 19 Nov. supposed to ship in 24 hrs. Numerous phone calls, emails, and live chat go unanswered. What kind of business takes your money a ghosts you. Ready to go else where and canx but can’t get a hold of anyone. They should be investigated! BBB is my next step. Avoid at all cost!

No Integrity
Placed an order by phone. One of the radios we ordered was shipped incorrectly (wrong radio). They would not take the radio back or return our money. The radio manufacturer had to cover for them. They have ghosted our calls. They are not located in WY. The WY AG office and federal authorities have been notified. Stay away from all avionics! Shop elsewhere.

Avoid a Screwing
Avoid! I bought an uAvionics AV-30C package that was supposed to include 2 circuit breakers and an OAT probe. After 3 email exchanges and 8 months later, I have given up on every receiving the circuit breakers and probe.
