Wish I would have read the reviews. After waiting 45 days for the "Mallard" dog toy, I emailed customer service. They replied it would go out in 2-3 weeks. That reply is now 8 weeks ago. They are a scam company, and do not ship products. They string you along until it becomes too difficult to report the charge as fraudulent to your bank or cc.

I paid for their dog toy "mallard" and was charged for the item, but I did not ever receive the item. They originally claimed it would arrive in 30+ days due to a backorder. They offered to refund, but I chose to wait. After following up, I did not receive a response, nor did I receive a response after multiple attempts to cancel the order. Recently, the support email address gets kicked back as an invalid address. ***THIS IS A SCAM***

I would definitely give a negative score if possible. I ordered the mallard almost 2 months ago and have had no updates other than they received the order. No shipment, even though it states 8-13 days. 40$ for something I don’t believe I will ever receive and now reading the other reviews, I don’t even want it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

If I could give this company a negative star review, I would. Both bears (I was dumb enough to fall for the multiple product "discount") were destroyed in less than 20 mins and the mallard that was supposed to ship in 8-13 days is now 45 days overdue. I have tried emailing support at least 3 times regarding this order with ZERO response. Any attempt to post a negative review on their website never posted, I even tried giving them a 5 star review then expressing how I really felt in the comments section. This company is a COMPLETE fraud and the products are of the absolute poorest quality! Also, it is absolutely FALSE that this company is located "in the USA". My tracking history clearly shows the origin being in China (big surprise 🙄).

Ordered a month ago still have not received. Sent numerous emails no response. Big scam!

This is a complete fraud. Do not order, I repeat do not order. They advertised via Instagram and I made the mistake of making the purchase of their mighty mallard dog toy. I never received confirmation or shipping details. I sent an email and have not heard anything back. Be warned, this company is a total scam.

Mighty bear 2.0 was ripped to shreds within the day. I was initially happy with the purchase knowing there was a warranty. But it’s been more than 72 hours since I’ve reached out to the company to get a replacement and I have not heard back. Someone pls reply to my email, I’ve been waiting long enough.

Do not order this! My dog was able to destroy this toy within 1 hour. The company is misleading and false advertising. Don't waste your money.

Bought 2 mighty bears. Within the hour my 30 pound dogs tore a hole in one and the other is on it's way to being destroyed.

My dog is a big chewer and the 1st bear has last 4 weeks. Toys usually last 30 mins max but this has stood the test and passed with flying colours. The customer service is "top notch". Any questions answered quickly. Delivery to the UK was fast

I purchased the Mighty Bear, and while my dog loved it, it didn't last long. The first bear was quickly destroyed, but the company replaced it under their warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement met the same fate. However, I reached out to customer service, and they were fantastic—they immediately issued a refund as promised in their warranty. While the toy wasn’t durable enough for my dog, the customer service experience was excellent.

We received our toy last night, we were so excited for him to try it! Withing 3 hours, our weimeriner had ripped off the face and the stuffing and squeaker are now all over the house. This toy IS destructible and your dog with probably tear it up. don't buy. too much money for something that doesn't work. then if u want a refund, you would have needed to take a picture of your dog with the toy BEFORE he starts playing with it?! who thinks to do that? so now I don't even get a refund. Junk!

The dog toy, a sturdy bear, that I bought from Allard looks exactly as displayed. It’s also tough as nails. I know bcuz my dog has had it for a week and it doesn’t have a scratch. Customer service has also been terrific when I had to return an extra bear I hadn’t meant to buy!!
