More than expected.

I bought a SportIdent card (SIAC1 Air+) from them on 12/2021. Card's air tagging feature stopped working on 08/2023, so less than 2 years from purchase, and my local orienteering club confirmed that the battery was completely empty! I contacted the vendor then for warranty questions via e-mail -> no reply. I've now been trying to reach them via phone several times over the past weeks -> no reply. This company's customer service is non-existent and bulls..., so don't expect to get any help from them, if you have issues with their products!

I ordered an orienteering shoes 45 days ago. The product didn't reached to my address. Then shipment company started return procedure. In that process, I sent email to All4o several times. They didn't answer me. Still I don't know what happened to shoes.
