Great customer service after all
Webshop works fine and delivery is quite fast. I got a faulty item and contacted All4o but they didn’t first reply and I thought they wouldn’t do it at all. However, they had investigated my case and replaced my product with detailed explanation and I’m very satisfied with it. Great after sales and customer care!

Orienteering shoes
The shoes arrived within the estimated time. I ordered my usual shoe size and they fitted really well. Free shipping was a bonus too.

Returned a product but nothing happens.
I Ordered a pair of shoes VJ XTRM2. They turned out to be a bit too large so I was told to just send them back and mark it with "refund" which I did.
I also placed a new order for the correct size which I received as expected.
However, I have yet to receive the refund for the returned pair of shoes and all4o.com are not responding to any of my e-mails in regard to this - normally they answer within 24 hours more or less if it has to do with buying something.
This is a very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. An online store that doesn't refund returned products as agreed is not a store I would recommend to anyone.
