Quite a nice assistance from Eugene.

after reading an interesting offer on Instagram for a posture brace I ordered it, it directed me to the payment method and I see that it took me 9.99 dollars, at which point I think that the payment was successful, unfortunately I have no confirmation of the payment for days, unfortunately then without saying anything they steal another 17 dollars from the account. I contact their customer service asking where my order was and why they stole more money from me without my consent, I was told that they do not sell that item and that money was only used for the subscription to the their site. they are scammers, do not buy anything from them, they will only steal money from your card!

I had a problem with my payment and I told them about it, they didn't take long to reply to my problem and now as we speak they are solving it. I can't wait to see my order. Thank you

Lured into this site by a seemingly genuine Facebook ad for another reputable company. The ad had been hijacked and instead of purchasing the product I thought I was buying, I had inadvertently been subscribed to this site and had a subscription fee (£9.95) taken from my bank account.
Cancelled via their cancellation process and wrote this review.

I’m very happy with how quickly customer support resolved my issue.

Why was there money deducted from my account. I did not subscribe to anything. I have a baby and couldn't attend to her needs as I didn't have enough cash. Urgently cancel what ever it is so that no more money is dedicated.

They stole €17 euro from my Revolut bank account and that’s when I realised I don’t recognise this payment. how do I get my money back ?
