Easy and quick service.

The Shipping wasn't great. The worker hasn't brought any tools, so we had to lend them. It wasn't properly installed, but the help desk from Blue movement helped us, so we are happy with our washing maschine.

I had originally only needed the Bosch washer-dryer as a temporary solution. Now that I’ve been able to test the appliance over a longer period, I’m extremely satisfied and will continue to use the service. It gives me full flexibility at a fair price.

I was new in Germany and was looking for a simple and easy to procure a good washing and Drying machine. To my rescue, came the Blue movement :)

Though there were few hiccups in the begging due to the fact that i was new here, all follow ups were smooth. I had a great experience orsering and having the machines installed at my home.

I think the bluemovement program is a great option for people sharing flats.
I think the bluemovement program is great for people sharing devices with a lot of other people. I share a flat with 5 other people and bluemovement makes it a lot easier to share a washing machine for example.

Orderd a "pre loved" dryer. Delivery was smooth and without problems.
After that I recognized that the dryer was leaking. They send over a technician and he saw that something was broken. Within a couple of days I had a new dryer, which works now perfectly fine and I'm super happy with the products as well as the service I received.
