Brilliant customer service
Sean gave great customer service. I needed floor a profile match to Amtico flooring. He rang to see exactly what I needed and suggested I sent him a sample for colour. He then emailed photos of best options. He found a perfect match. It was the only place I found online and trying locally to match Amtico. Really pleased and appreciative the advice, time and care.

Prompt service and variety of products
Website easy to navigate. Good variety of ramp profiles and all flooring accessories. I ordered online on a weekday before 12pm and within the hour had an email saying product dispatched. Arrived the next day. Product was as described and carefully packaged. Well pleased with the service and will use again.

Products and service are very good.
Only fault is the delivery charge seems very expensive compared to similar companies.
For a small order it massively increases the overall price which may deter from using in the future
