My stay at Al Kiswah Hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve had in years.
The staff were extremely helpful and did their best to provide excellent service. The hotel itself was amazing, and its location was perfect for performing Umrah.
I especially appreciated the 24-hour availability of buses, which made transportation very convenient. The rooms were in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. I even ended up booking an extra day and never considered switching to another hotel.
It was truly a great experience, and I’d like to thank the hotel administrators and staff for their outstanding service and support.

STAY AWAY DON'T STAY HERE
When we arrived to the room there was a smell of sewage and it hadn't looked like it had been clean. The lights were dim and it looked very dingy. Due to the hot weather we switched on the AC and it made the smell worse. During the nights sleep we thought things were crawling on us. Both rooms on the 19th and 11th were noisy through the night with beeping being very audible. The doors required significant force to be closed properly and required a few attempts to close it.
