Have had several issues

Needs to be more clear about coins and credits per moments. Couldn’t log in because site went to create account page instead of log in page. Have to wait for response to messages.left multiple messages without responses. No option found to change payment method so will have to cancel especially since not getting responses. If you dislike moment you don’t get coins/credits used added back. Some faces end up looking very different from original picture

Really creative AI photo tool

I've been using alivemoment for a while and it's an incredible AI tool for creative image editing. The dashboard is super intuitive, making it easy to jump between photo animations, creative filters, and trending sports game effects. The rendering is fast and the output quality is amazing. I also like their pricing model; the subscription plans are very affordable with secure payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Amazing!

Wow! I had a photo with 5 of my kids, kind of standing in a horizontal row. I chose the mystery movement and the results were amazing. All of the kids were moving, looking at each other and smiling! This picture has turned into a fun video and a little bit of a living memory to hold on to.

Alivemoment does a great job when the…

Alivemoment does a great job when the facial features matches the subject well. But sometimes alivemoment doesn’t work well as the facial features and expressions don’t match the actual subject. Probably because alivemoment doesn’t have all the angles of facial features of the human subject.

Wrongly debited my account

Wrongly debited my account. I did not sign up for a subscription, no subscription on my account.
Yet GBP£73.60 taken from my bank causing mortgage to be rejected.

Restored Photo

Photo of my mum and her sister circa 1935 during a review of a dance troupe my they were both involved with,Mum is the one leading, It was fairly faded and creased but was restored beautifully.

Their FRAUD Got Me For $227

Entered my info for a free 3-second video, and then discovered I was charged $227 over the next few months. The website offers no way to cancel or even view your subscription. I had to contact my credit card company to block any future charges.

Thieves

I cancelled my subscription but then in two months time their charge reappeared. Looks like I will have to change my bank card. They are as good as thieves who steal your card details. I can see a lot of people here and on Facebook complain about the same. With so many lawyers in the US I am surprised there is no class action suit announcement
