We believe that it’s more empowering to gain new skills for free and give you the option to purchase a high-quality Certificate later, instead of having to pay before starting your course and not finding it worth it. That’s something other platforms do, not us. Because we genuinely care about you learning new skills, more than the money we make.
If you don’t want to claim your Certificate, you can create and share your Alison Profile for free, which automatically gets updated with your completed courses.

The course was very insightful and I learnt a lot about the leadership skills. I appreciate also the part on the leadership attitudes, underlying the positive attitude that leads to encouragement. I enjoyed the part on the Emotional intelligence as well since it made me aware how important is self-awareness as well as self-management in the role of leadership. The course highlighted as well the difference between a manager and a leader. Thank you for professional presentation and it was really user friendly. First I was afraid that I will not be able to cope with the technological standard but all went well, thank you. I will definitely take more courses online.
