May give you explosive diarrhea!!! It did me

This aligned digestive health prebiotic and probiotic was on sale at CVS so I thought I’ll give it a try
I chewed one gummy the next morning and within four hours, I was experiencing explosive diarrhea

I had to stop driving and pull over to a gas station on my way to my car repair appointment
And I spent the next two hours at the car dealer where they closed down the bathroom just for me because I was so sick I couldn’t even leave

When it slowed down enough, I thought maybe I could make it home and then I had that feeling on the way home.

I decided to Google this product and found many other people complained of explosive diarrhea after taking this!!! so I’m throwing it away and I highly advise you to stay away!! now I have a UTI as well because of it- $70 for meds for that !!
