Credit card charged but no tracking number
The site looks good, the products look to be good quality, however when I placed my order my credit card was charged and I recieved no tracking number nor confirmation. This is highly unusual.
UPDATE: I never received my order but was charged. Alignmed does not respond to my several emails. Will be seeking a reimbursement through my credit card. Their head office in California explained to me that the Canadian office was screwing up orders, not getting back to complaints etc. At first the “clinical director” said that he would make this right however my last email said that they could and would do nothing! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Although I have not used their product and cannot vouch for it, their customer service is amongst the worst that I have dealt with , the Canadian office will not respond and William at the California office promises to help however won’t do anything.
