I have never had a problem in the past getting a refund from Aliexpress, but lately they have been demanding excessive and unreasonable proof that the item was damaged/not as described.

It looks to me like a ploy to avoid giving a refund.

Aliexpress are not trustworthy buy at your peril. Purchased two items at £105 both were faulty on arrival.I was asked to send pictures and they approved return. I returned goods tracked and signed for atvtheir depot and they didn't pay. They then asked for more proof I sent the pictures again. I demanded refund or goods back they have kept both - thieves !
They have no UK presence so you can't take them to the small claims court or I would. They effectively swindled and cheated me out of £210 so don't buy !

Ordered 3 types of carbon accessories for my BMW M1000xr one fitted just about and the other two were not compatible with the bike. First return received refund second return only refunded me £90.00 not £157.00. Customer service dont speak very good english and dont care.

LiLi Hardware Sales Store Store is a scam. They send me a bad product,6 pieces and 1 is bad ,i have ask refound on aliexpress for the only 1 piece and they tell me to send back an they pay the shipping cost, i have return back. After they don't refound the price for the piece and also they don't want give me the money that i have anticipated for shipping back. The shop continue to write is aliexpress decision, aliexpress write there is no prove, i send photos of bad piece, photo of payment shipment and tracking code and parcel!!! they are a scam shop and aliexpress support they

I write 10 times, and every time is "give as informations, we are for help and bla bla bla", at final you said the evidence is invalid. i attached photos that clearly see one of six peaces is defective, i ask a refound for 4,26 euro that is the price for one piece, instead refound aliexpress write me to shipping back the piece at at his own expense, but at post office i have to pay other 7euro, aliexpress and shop tell "don't worry we will refound", after aliexpress and shop don't refound nothing. I have send photos of bad piece, photos of post office receipt and parcels with tracking number, and aliexpress say "they are not valid evidence". So you don't refound for the defective piece and over all i spend another 7euro beecause i trust on this very disonest platform and shop. I hope everyone involved lost all his money.
unfortunatly i can't attached photos for the people see how much disonest you are. Ah,i go everywhere in the web for rewievs and let people know.

They are disgusting, aliexpress and the shop when i review write me "we gonna be fix it and give your money back" ,may be they think i cancel the review, pass more than another month and i don't seen nothing. They are scam shop, disgusting and so so disonest. STAY AWAY!!!!

Very poor experience. They show very low prices compared to UK and say it is due to shopping directly from big companies in China! I bought Dewalt battery but it didn’t hold the charge and after 3 charges broke down.
Website suggests smooth free returns but it doesn’t exist! Beware that this is likely routine activity for this site.

Misleading FAKE product – “8K GPS drone” is cheap toy junk
I ordered a drone from AliExpress that was advertised as a “GT3 RC Mini Drone 8K GPS Professional” with 8K camera, GPS, and 5G connectivity. It looked like a great deal — but it was a complete scam.

What I received was a cheap plastic toy drone with none of the promised features. The packaging said nothing about 8K, GPS, or 5G. The camera is extremely low quality, and the drone clearly lacks any professional capabilities.

I submitted clear photo evidence to AliExpress and explained that the product did not match the description, but they closed the case and refused a refund.

Now I’m forced to go through my bank to try and get my money back.

📌 My advice: Don’t trust AliExpress product listings — the images and specs can be completely fake, and customer support will not help if you get scammed.

I ordered a “GT3 Drone 8K GPS Professional” from AliExpress, which was advertised with high-end specs like 8K camera, GPS, and 5G connectivity. What I received was a cheap plastic toy with no GPS, no 5G, and a blurry, pixelated camera that’s nowhere near 8K – probably not even 720p.

I submitted clear photos, video footage showing the actual camera output, and even screenshots proving the lack of advertised features.

Their response?

They asked me to provide a more complete technical demonstration — to film the entire operation process, point out technical defects, and send screenshots of the manual to “prove” that the drone doesn’t have what it obviously doesn’t have.

At this point, it feels like I’m being asked to perform an engineering inspection just to prove that their scam product is, in fact, a scam.

Even with all the evidence, they remain unsatisfied — probably hoping customers will just give up.

This is a textbook example of how AliExpress protects shady sellers and wears down honest customers with unreasonable demands instead of just admitting fault.

Avoid. Completely.

Avoid this platform if you can. You will lose money one way or other. It has taken nearly a month to issue a return label and they haven't and I don't think they will. Even though they have agreeg to refund me, they have yet failed to send a return label. The AliExpress suppliers are notorious for giving you the run around. Their command of English is good and they understand, but they are even better at ignoring you and be deliberately evasive in order to resolve the issue. Avoid at all cost.

I've ordered and received in the past. No problem.
Now after painstakingly wasting 2 hours deciding what to buy, and successfully adding to my cart, on paying, all items are stated as not being able to be delivered to my country. Not a single one. Why can't this be stated on the item page, and be blocked from me adding to the cart? Bizarre way of running a website to say the least. 0/10.

Ali express dispute is a waste of time they back sellers almost all the time , you have to supply videos and photos and still they cone down on sellers side
I just had a remote that in the description showed my projector so purchased it , when it arrived it had no buttons for the 3d , the seller told me I should of asked him before buying what he advertised as a w703d remote !!!!!
Which it wasn't !!
I supplied photos and proof he mislead and made false claim on his adds description and AliExpress refused the free return ! Why ? They have now closed my appeal as well ...
Now looking to close my account altogether
The seller on this occasion uses multiple shops but his main one is do not trust !

The agents are all very kind,
but the AE team handling the refund and dispute processes required a lot of time and effort. They did not accept the evidence, even though it was prepared exactly as requested. Return costs were requested once and were higher than the item’s value.

There are many other shops available nowadays.

Aliexpress steals customers' money without delivering the purchased products, even if delivery is guaranteed. They make unproven accusations, just to have a reason to steal from you. They are thieves and make money from theft, from my experience.
In my case, they stole from me, even though I didn't receive the package with tracking proof.

I've tried to order the same group of items twice now through two different stores on AliExpress. The first cancelled without shipment, the second cancelled 'after' shipping. No adequate reasons why. As this being my only experiences twice now shopping through AliExpress so far, I won't be using them again. Waste of my time, and of course there's a waiting window on refunds. Avoid them.

After Taking My Money for 3 orders .. Order 1 was Cancelled because the 2 Mobile Phones i had ordered were not Mobile Phones. Order 2,now 2 months passed, Still Waiting.Order 3..was more expensive and Described as a Android 13 Tablet.A Plastic Mobile phone back cover arrived. Have sent very good proof of item ordered but they ask only if i have received the Tablet yet and ignore Refund Requests and emails.Have Screenshots of All My Questions to Them But,All show NO REPLY. In fact, once you have Proven your Case,They make it impossible to Sign into the Account. It is a Massive Selective Scam Site and All are Well Advised to Totally Avoid.Believe Nothing you See.

Terrible. The items I ordered never arrived and a refund was refused because I couldn’t provide any evidence I hadn’t received the goods. Do not use this company

This has to be, hands down, one of the most laughably terrible shopping experiences I’ve ever had—thanks to PRO HONSUN Bike Store and the ever-reliable AliExpress.

I ordered something that looked decent in the photos (key word: looked), but what I received was a complete joke. It was the wrong item, made with dollar-store level materials, and packaged like someone lost a bet. Honestly, I’ve seen better quality fall out of a vending machine.

The seller, PRO HONSUN Bike Store, clearly couldn’t care less. I reached out multiple times and got either ignored or fed a string of generic copy-paste replies that solved nothing. Their communication style is basically “stall and hope you go away.”

I opened a dispute, thinking maybe AliExpress would help fix it. Silly me. The dispute process is a maze of frustration, and in the end, all I got was more wasted time, money and a useless product I didn’t ask for.

Save yourself the headache—avoid PRO HONSUN Bike Store like the plague, and honestly, think twice about using AliExpress at all. This platform has turned into the Wild West of online shopping, where the customer is always wrong and sellers can get away with anything.

Ali Express has 5 addresses found here on Trust Pilot, collectively all their review stars couldn't add up to be 5 on the 5 addresses. There is a reason for that, they are scammers. Obviously you maybe here to see how they operate if you are checking out the reviews they have, or the lack thereof, so I would suggest you keep on looking elsewhere and have no dealings with these gangsters. They ripped me off twice, they won't be getting the third opportunity. GOOD LUCK...happy shopping!!! Beware of the scammers - I received totally damaged item from AliExpress and when I asked for the refund - sent pictures of the broken item as a proof but this company refused refund and asked me to chase the courier service and get damaged certificate, even though it is their responsibility to ask the courier for the damage in the parcel, and their courier service is also scam guru like these guys, there is no facility on their website to send details of the problem, but I sent my tracking number on courier company's website but no response means it's a bunch - gang of scammers working together to eat people's money.
