Full of Fraud sellers - Hand in Glove with site

Full of Fraud sellers, and the company tacitly promotes fraud by making things easy for the sellers.
1. When they sell delivery date, they give a range. And the company has no recourse for failure even though they say "delivery gurranty" thats BS
2. When it says shipping from US, all they mean is it will be shipped from China to a US hub, and then shipped to you from that HUB. So wait for it to come from China, if at all.
3. The sellers send fake tracking numbers, that shows received, But you don't get anything. Calling fedex, they will tell you its delivered to different address. Unfortunatelu Aliexpress with help this process, by automatically confirming "delivered" on behalf of you 5 days after fake courier delivery. And then you cannot say you didn;t (because you are late)
4. 2 times I ordered dishwasher...once they didn't send anything (had to ask for refund and was refunded bcoz i was quick to request before automatic conf, they refunded)
5. Difficult to reach live agent in their site, they don't have a phone number to call and speak to someone live. And when finally managed to get a live agent in chat after long time, the agent refused to give me the chat transcript.
