Booked a flight through Alice, simple and easy. Customer service was very responsive helped me with what I needed.
Extremely disappointing experience. Alice provided an incorrect booking reference, which prevents me from completing my airline online check-in. To make matters worse, it is virtually impossible to reach customer support. The support system on the website feels like an endless loop of automated responses rather than real assistance.
I have a flight tomorrow and still cannot resolve this issue because of the incorrect information provided. This is causing unnecessary stress at the worst possible time.
Good luck to anyone who needs urgent help.
