Deceptive Refund Practices and Unreliable Customer Service
I booked a flight via Alibaba.ir that was canceled by the airline. I was entitled to a full refund, but the app only offered 75%.
After waiting up to an hour on hold, a representative confirmed I was eligible for a 100% refund and advised me to reject the app's offer and reapply. I did so, but the system repeatedly offered 75%, and eventually dropped to 70% on my third attempt. Needing funds urgently to rebook, I was forced to accept the reduced amount.
While the customer service agents are polite, the company fails to honor their promises. Between the extensive hold times and misleading financial practices, I strongly advise against using this travel agency.
