I'm not really sure what the benefit is for having the Alias app. It's kind of clunky, from a design perspective. It's also a pain to have to go between two apps to cash out or list items for sale.... See more

Smooth drops offs and easy payouts great app soo far.
Good customer service
Good customer service. Verification times a bit slow, but I understand this is due to a high level of quality control. All in all it’s a pleasure to deal with alias!

They make it easy to sell both new and used sneakers.
Bring back sorting your listings!…
It is absolutely insane that a seller cannot sort listings by listings with offers or by highest offer. There are so many changes that have been made to this app that show definitively that changes are not made by people who actually use this app. The changes are made by app developers and techs that just make changes to keep their job…not to make the app better.
For example, that slider used to set prices or make offers has to be the most glaring example of form over function ever. Literally no one asked for that frustrating and inaccurate way to set a price. I have wasted so much time having to fix the price when that dumb slider goes too far past the intended price adjustment. And of course you can’t just type in the price or use a simple arrow up or down…so some silly developer thought a sloppy slider was best.
Please, bring back the ability to sort your listings: by offer, by date, by highest offer, by newest, etc.
It’s insane that this was taken away to begin with.
not enough increase in seller score…
not enough increase in seller score every successful item sold, commission fee too high therefore the need to price the item to a reasonable price is hard because of a big loss in profit margin.
Very Good App
This a well tailored, towards resellers, app. There is much detail present as of market data, pricing, and other features.
Day one seller, forever disappointed.
Long time seller since the company started.
Lots of pain points that have never been addressed or resolved for many years.
The company does not provide resources that help sellers with reporting when it comes to sales history and data. Customer/Seller assistance is extremely difficult to get consistent and timely answers or replies.
Product authentication is extremely inconsistent and constantly changing. Items may pass with numerous flaws and items may get denied for non-existent flaws. Customer assistance does not help rectify and misjudgments.
Management of the company is delusional and focuses on capturing new markets outside of their wheelhouse, however they are unable to focus on the lingering problems within their own house. Employees constantly turnover and no progress ends up getting made.
Overall, so much potential here but the company seemingly has no care to make things better or work with people that care to help.
Customer service was great
Customer service was great! I didn’t think my shoes would arrive but they assured me that they still would. Thank you!
The fees
My only issue is the fees charged based on the price of the shoes/ products. It should be a set price because the majority of shoes weigh the same and need the same amount of attention for a legit check

What I don't like is the fact that you don't have any phone numbers for customer service. I consider myself a very reliable seller and I don't want to be emailed with any bots!
Alias is great
Alias always takes care of their business in a timely manner, and is quick to do the tasks on their end to help the sellers on this end. We appreciate you alias. Thanks!!

I prefer selling through alias because they verify every shoe and purchase before the customer receives the product. The process is very easy and streamlined.

Show payout when listing
Just a suggestion to show payout when listing an item with the USD payout and at the same time to the local currency Payout (both shown for easier viewing)
