I was with this company for years and no problems. I reviewed products and was issued refunds. Then last year they didn't pay on 3 products and it took months to get refunded. I liked them so I started back again after an apology. Now I'm in the same boat, no refunds and now no explanations at all. I'm out over 200 dollars and they are ghosting me. Inexcusable.
Started with their service and at first they did great. Then all of a sudden they stopped issuing refunds. Because f them I am out $250 and need to return the rest of the items. I reached out multiple times and was told it was a holiday then they ghosted me. Stay away!
All I get is their spam emails. Every time you unsubscribe, they resubscribe when you never even signed up in the first place. Their emails are so obviously a scam and quite frankly, how their site is still going is a conundrum.

They also say all stuff is sold "AS IS" Which is a sign they do not trust their products!
Terrible company! Can't unsubscribe from their mailing list, they keep spamming me with 10 mails every day
This scam company illegally signs people up to their mailing list without their consent. The unsubscribe button does nothing, and the emails persist despite requesting for them to stop many times. If you are receiving unwanted emails from this company, I highly suggest forwarding them all to your country's anti-spam legislation so they can be fined for this illegal behavior.
Spammer! Got an email from this website even though I have never used or heard of them. Any company that uses spam as a marketing technique is not good in my opinion. Why don't businesses understand that spam is annoying and does your company no favours whatsoever
