It was not what I ordered. I ordered the Hot Wheels old Ambulance.

The model I was sent looked nothing like the advertised item in your advert .

If there was a zero option they would get that. Every comment below mirrors my own experience. Scam scam scam.
Terrible quality; expensive tat; nothing like as described; months for delivery. Avoid

Not happy at all, $60 NZD and 2 months later with minimal communication and a standard heat transfer print mug is what shows up. Not the hand made pottery one as described and pictured on the website. The irony is, I wasn't even going to place this order to begin with. I put in my info to see how much shipping would be and when I clicked calculate it placed the order. Waste of time and money. "Hand Crafted" what a joke!

This was meant to be a nice memorial mug for my mum who's dog of 16 years passed and there's no way I'm giving her this.
Whats even worse is the print isn't even a good quality, at least that would have made it slightly "better".

I wish I had checked on here first. I waited three months for four mugs. I received the most awful quality printed mugs, which are absolutely disgusting and only fit for the bin. These were expensive and this is a total scam. I will not be letting this go!

Ordered 2 handmade mugs. 2 months (!) later I received 2 cheap printed mugs, and no response from the customer service. This is a scam. Legal action will follow.

Still waiting! Over a month now. Disgusted. Three mugs that were expensive. Reading on here, I won’t hold my breath!

Ordered two items, $23 each. Got wrong items. When I reported the mistake to the customer support, they said that "according to their reords correct items were sent" and offered $8 compencation. Ridiculous. Never got the corrrect items, had to open a dispute with paypal and send the items back at my own expense.

Unfortunaly I've been there already before, this is a scam. Received parcel status which has been stuck for nearly 2 months.

After 3 months I emailed them since I never received my item. They claim it was lost in transit and they cant get it back. Now in Order to get a refund they want to deduct the cost of shipping and loss of the product!!

They want me to pay for the product I never received.

I finally received it (after approximately 2 months), but the color I ordered is not good (pink instead of red), very poor quality (should be leather, it’s fabric) ; for resume : run away, they are scammers!

I recently purchased a card game that was a complete disappointment. The cards are filled with typos and grammatical errors, which are also present on the box itself.

Additionally, the cards are made from very thin paper, making them prone to bending and tearing. The packaging was another letdown; the cards did not fit properly in the box, resulting in them arriving scratched and cut.

For this subpar product, we paid over $52 for two packages, which took more than two months for delivery. The customer support was unhelpful, providing non-functional links when we tried to contact the seller for a resolution.

This feels like a complete rip-off. The quality is far below acceptable standards, and the overall experience has been frustrating. I strongly advise against purchasing this game.

The product they sent me was clearly a rip off and of terrible quality. The box was broken, was missing letters on all the words, the product is half the size shown in the picture, the cards paper thin and don’t fit inside the box properly.

I contacted customer service asking for a refund and I just get the same response “ Our verification department responded that there is no problem with the product, and the actual product shall prevail.
But your feedback is very helpful for us to improve our products, thank you very much for your support.

However, we understand that the current situation is frustrating, we value every customers.
To show our sincere apology, may we refund you 3USD as compensation?”

Never again.

Takes forever and the product is poorly made, bad quality, “my life story” cards … not buying from them ever again.

Make sure you never shop from them! 8-12 days is 110 days later and the pacage finaly arrived.
35 emails and threats of making ticket to paypal and still same sentence "We are sorry for your inconvenience "

Horrible customer service. Refused to fully refund my money on an item I never received. They lied about the shipment being returned to seller by post office yet tracking data clearly shows item was never shipped to local post office. USPS also confirmed. 62 days of shipment tracking with no movement. Algal-bloom made no effort to resolve this issue and refused a full refund.

It's not a scam but they are very slow (more than 1 month) and the tracking system gives incomplete information.
The product is ok.

Probably scam. Ordered over one month ago, receiving fake parcel status.
Parcel number in paypal payment differs from first sent number and implies again that it should be soooooon delivered. Holy cow .. i got ripped off

Ordered two gift sets before Christmas. I still haven't received them and at this point have written it off. There is no way to contact customer service and little option to do anything other than pay for a product you'll likely never receive. SCAM!

Total scam. Can't cancel order 10 minutes after I've place it. Charged my card 25% extra for order with no explanation. Recommend to avoid this shady store
