First of all
First of all, their service attitude is okay, but the quality of the service is inversely proportional to it. It's too bad, they always drag you down, and the price is relatively expensive compared to other stores.

I had a superb customer service…
I had a superb customer service experience thanks. Big thanks to Pete.
My bike went in due to defective brakes. The GUIDE brakes had suffered from a known manufacturing defect. The brakes were replaced by SRAM free of charge and a small cost was levied by the shop for the fitting.

Expensive and untrustworthy workshop as…
Expensive and untrustworthy workshop as well as poor customer service from some staff.
DISAPPOINTED... I bought my bike from here and that is the only redeeming factor. The workshop is untrustworthy and charge you for work they clearly haven’t done.
The lack of customer service skills from even from those who say they are share holders and a manager of the shop is a joke, if you complain about a service, you are met with hostile responses and words such as “don’t call me your mate, I’m not your mate”...
I went to a very popular bike shop to ask them to review the work Alf Jones “had” done, in conclusion, I was ripped off. The rear wheel bearings have not been replaced and serviced properly (when they said they had).
Update, my rear wheel has completely seized a month after the wheel had been serviced, lying toad and I was right
