I had a really great experience with Alfie Web Solutions. There was a small billing issue on my account, and although their terms state a strict no-refund policy, Alfie personally stepped in, investigated the situation, and made an exception to ensure everything was handled fairly.

On top of that, their pricing is very affordable, and the support team is outstanding: always responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a service that combines fair pricing with such high-quality customer care.

Communication throughout was clear and professional, and I truly felt valued as a client.

I've had a outstanding experience with Alfie web solutions, My discord server was before running a very out dated I came across Alfie, and he has helped set up and sort my discord Moderation BOT, which is perfect because it's not just a Ticket bot, It's mod my server 24/7 giving me peace of mind, when I'm not their on my computer.
