My withdrawal is pending from 7 days.
My account was closed and when i was withdrawal they ask me and extra verification. I sent and they answered everything its ok and soon you will receive all of your funds.
7 days after I'm still waiting and they answer the same " soon you will receive, don't worry"
I've decided to open this bad reveiew because im worried if i will receive my money or not.
Anyway if i receive i can change it, but for the moment your site is scam because don't pay.

It's scam site. They have 25% live casino cashback promotion. On every Monday You receive 25% amount lost in live casino last week.
During last week I have deposited and lost in live casino 766€.
They say that my cashback is less than required minimum amount (which is 5€).
25% of lost 766€ is 191.5€...
On live support there is no one who know how to count...

Estolio Limited casino (Alf casino) REFUSE to pay…
Estolio Limited runs many different casino sites. I had always problems to withdraw large amount when i have won as they changed my vip level dramaticly to be able to withraw less money! Only 500 euros per day! They use this method to keep you playing and loose all your winnings.
Also i had an arrangement with my vip managers for cashback. After 3 years on vip 5 level they refused to pay cashback bonus on a huge loss.
This is not a trustworthy company, vip managers unable to do anything (they dont have words).
Do not trust them! Choose an other site for gambling.
Their site(s) are illegal in many countries and you can not do anything if they refuse to pay out any winning or bonus.

they are not giving me my money i won…
they are not giving me my money i won withdrawal failed.
I made a deposit without bonus and I have won 16000€ I made 3 withdrawals two withdrawals of 250€ and one withdrawal of 500€ and I have a balance of 15000€ withdrawal requests have been made since 23/09/2024 and today we have 2/10/2024 the answers I receive from customer service is that there is a high volume of withdrawals every time the same answer as well as to be patient.. as I will also get a lawyer as well as sue the company of whoever is responsible

You can make deposits of 5000e and when you win you can only withdraw 500e day, and the vip program is also scam. i was on level 3 with 12000e month withdrawal and i win all together like 30000e and then they put straight my level back to 1 becouse i didnt do new deposits, why i would do deposits if i have more than 25k in my balance. i take like 10k on 1.5 month then i was too tired and stressed to wait and played all the rest to roulette.
