We recently booked our complete Umrah package with Al Falah Tours, and Alhamdulillah, our entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. Everything was professionally arranged before our departure, and once we arrived in Jeddah, the service was just as smooth.
Our 5-star hotel accommodations in both Makkah and Madinah were excellent, comfortable and very convenient for our stay. All transportation arrangements, including our transfers between the airport, Makkah and Madinah, were properly coordinated and comfortable.
One of the things we appreciated most was the support provided by Al Falah Tours throughout our stay. Their staff was available 24/7 in both Makkah and Madinah, so whenever we needed assistance or had a question, there was always someone available to guide us. This gave us great peace of mind, especially while traveling for Umrah.
The team was professional, respectful and responsive throughout the journey. Having our hotels, transportation and on-ground support managed by one team allowed us to concentrate on our Umrah and prayers rather than worrying about arrangements.
