This company offer 2 or 3 years warranty but they don't honor it. They are selling expensive trash, they sell a "warranty" and a one time exchange option but they don't honor it. SCAMMERS!!

I ordered a custom dash mat for my 2013 Dodge Challenger, entering all the required details to get a dash mat that fits my car. What I received was absolute garbage. It didn't even remotely begin to fit my car. In fact, I can't imagine what car this thing would fit. I tried getting a refund, and they said they would give me a 10% refund. I told them only a full refund would do, even sending them pictures of just how bad it was. They then tried 20% and then 30%. This is a typical tactic of companies that are in Asia, with a front end that looks like a US company that imports here. It isn't, and if I were you, I would steer clear of them completely. Look elsewhere. They can't be trusted to provide good customer service or well manufactured products.
