I had an extremely bad experience with this agency trying to buy my first property. The service I received was absolutely unprofessional and borderline racist. My bids on a property were disclosed to the other buyer on multiple occasions, so I got outbid every time by £500. I wish I could give 0 stars as I would never use their services again and I would advise everybody to stay away, especially first-time buyers.
