My daughter asked for her money back…

My daughter asked for her money back has she put £20 behind the bar as part of an anniversary surprise, it was never given to us, my daughter then complained and they did everything possible to not give her the money back, eventually asking for details so they could reimburse her, then had the audacity to take yet another £20 out from her account, so now it’s £40 they owe her. It’s been voted the best curry restaurant, it’s not, it’s the worst, beware of them.
