I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY STARS I DIDN'T GET MY ORDER THEY JUST TOOK THE MONEY AND THEN I DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN TRY EMAIL THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ANSWER BACK SO ITS JUST A BIG SCAM.

I would NEVER EVER buy from this company again. I emailed them to query sizes and was reassured a particular size was the one I needed 5XL for a 38J bra. When it arrived it would not fit a 38B !!! I got in touch with them and they said I can return at my own cost £18-£35 delivery costs which is more than I paid for it or I could keep it and get 40% of my money back !! daylight robbery. How are these people allowed to sell in the UK - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!

I had a bad experience with this company. I requested to return an item that didn’t fit, and they initially replied saying I would receive a partial refund within 5 days. However, the money never reached my account.

I followed up several times via email, but they completely stopped responding. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Also fell for the London thing and then read the reviews it’s from China, tried to cancel but couldn’t.
Actually quite surprised with my item! Yes it took FOREVER to arrive but for the price I’m happy

Fraud in touch with my bank.

Items arrive from China in poor quality packing and the items themselves fall apart in seconds.
I have been trying to get my money back since December. Called my bank and they are investigating, had to pay £25 to send the items back as well. What a rip off.

Do not order with these clowns.

This company is a scam, pretending to have a closing down sale that ends midnight (newsflash - it has been closing for months!) Pretends to be based in UK but is in China. Shoddy polyester clothing with stitching coming apart on arrival. Will not respond to you or refund your money despite goods not as advertised and faulty. Reporting to UK Police.

As with the other reviews - there is no customer service, no response to emails and we haven't been able to return items.

Ordered Christmas presents for my partner and they never arrived and were apparently rejected even though they never came to my address. Been trying to contact them but communication what so ever. Stay away

The sizing is completely wrong. I ordered XL to fit a UK size 14-16 / 36DD and the size was closer to M. I have contacted the company several times to confirm I will be returning the items but they haven’t confirmed. I have to pay my own shipping to send them back to China. Never purchase from this company.

Arrived from China incredibly late, terrible communication throughout and poor quality, ill fitting items, stay well clear! I can't even be bothered to try and get a refund with these clowns.

In short, non branded, poor quality garments from a Chinese factory.

I received my product but the quality is AWFUL… obviously never the original price or anywhere near !! Total scam …

Ordered online in November. Still not received and laughing every day at the sh*tty tracking. Uk to china to uk in 3+ weeks. Be good to know if the courier is part of the scam! Almost worth the money to watch the entertaining tracking move every 3 days. Now on 3 pages! Don’t touch the company or the courier, all utter sheisters!!!

No communication from the company, no sign of a parcel, nothing

In contrast to the experience of other reviewers, my item arrived and we are pleased with it, albeit the quality of the Chinese made garment is certainly not a premium product.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I unfortunately read the reviews just after making an order so I emailed in order to cancel, but even though it had been just a few hours, they replied saying this wasn't possible because the order was supposedly on the way. It took more than a month to arrive and the items were of extremely poor quality, awful sizing and had holes in them. As soon as the items arrived I emailed to let them know I wanted a refund and to return them. NO REPLY. It's been more than 2 weeks and I've emailed them 3 times from 2 different email addresses, and continue to receive no response even though they state their customer service team supposedly gets back to you in 5 days. Do NOT fall for this scam!!!!

Spent a fortune on Xmas presents they haven’t arrived and sent numerous emails with no reply’s I’ll be contacting my bank to try and put this as fraud
