Had a great experience with Alesco. They were very hands on, and helped with all questions I had. Special mention to Paul, who really gave me very good advice and helped with selecting a flat and the purchase and Stephanie who supported me through the process! They gave me much confidence throughout.

I would like to thank Joanne Clark so much for such a special and constant support, kindness, understanding and advice that I received from her throughout the entire difficult and testing period. She's been extraordinarily helpful, and I cannot thank and appreciate her enough. Joanne's professionalism, coupled with the above, was key in completing.

I must also thank Gemma, who was very helpful at the early stages of completion, together with Joanne, before Joanne became the sole contact.

Keith Gyasi was the one who set the ball rolling by efficiently addressing all the queries I had before making the decision to buy. He made things smooth to the point of reservation, and I thank him so much.

Paul and Stefanie have been helpful, friendly and respectful of my timeframes.

They have explained the process and kept me informed throughout.

I had a mixed experience with Alesco Property. The team, including Daniel, James, Stephanie, and Joanne, were mostly responsive, although there were occasional delays in communication. On the positive side, they eventually fulfilled their promises, including providing the furniture and accessories pack, demonstrating their reliability in this aspect. While initial communication with David Jacobs was consistent, it seemed to wane after the exchange, which required me to seek updates. My first property purchase was smooth overall, thanks to Isaac and Stefanie, who guided me thoroughly and promptly answered any queries. However, there were issues with a previous development in Liverpool, where ongoing problems like the lift and dampness have led to serious financial implications, highlighting concerns in build quality. Overall, I'd rate their service as average, with room for improvement, particularly regarding communication and product quality assurance.

Had an excellent experience. Alesco is reliable and quick in responding. Most importantly the completion team has been very knowledgeable and professional thought my first time but-to-let journey. I would recommend Alesco.

This was an unusual yet amazing experience. Seven months ago, while in the UK, I came across the market. By the time I returned to Canada, I had decided to invest in the UK market. That’s when I accidentally discovered Alesco’s page on Zoopla. Not knowing what to expect or where to begin, Dario reached out and changed everything.

I can’t thank him enough for his patience and dedication. He spent countless hours on extended Zoom calls, explaining the nuances of different cities and how each market operates. Just two weeks later, I decided to proceed with the Berkley Square project in Salford, Manchester.

Stefanie was another fantastic guide throughout the process. From signing the reservation form to connecting me with a local solicitor and finalizing the exchange, she ensured everything ran smoothly. Like Dario, she was incredibly patient, accommodating the time zone difference and helping with all the necessary documents.

This was the first time I invested in property I bought 2 units that I will recieve a quartley income. It was scary process but Paul and Gemma answered my questions. They also did not put any pressure for me to purchase.
