The delivery is always fast and safe. Choices of the kleurlenzen are many and cute. I want to order again, but waiting for the colorvue with my sterkte to be available again.

I order my contact lenses regularly from Alensa. Their prices are lower than the competition. I often order when there is a special offer. The contact lenses arrive quickly after payment. They get delivered to a supermarket storage box where I can pick them up every day between 8 - 22h. Very convenient

Terrible - just went to reorder my lenses and they are €20 more expensive than last time and €38 more than competition and I have shopped here for years. Truly disappointing

I’m blind as a bat and need to have contacts delivered. Spends never fails to send these orders quickly and precisely. The prices are as good as any and so I keep coming back. Dankjulliewel, Heather

While ordering my lenses - a years worth -the web site indicated that while the full order was not in stock but that the first couple of packs - covering two months - of daily lenses would be sent immediatly with the rest to follow.
However, shortly after I recvived an order status change email saying that the full order would not be despatched until all stock was availble in some 6 or more weeks.
Not good! I would not have ordered on that basis.
After some back and forward with the helpdesk they agreed to do what the web site offered in the first place and dispatched my lenses inidcated (only a few days late).
Initially they referred me to some terms of service page full of sub clauses, and tried to say that I should have read it and known that the ordering page was false. Mmmm! Nonsense. But common sense prevailed.

fast delivery, great prices, overall a great experience

Their customer service is bad, the worse is bad quality lenses, the contact lenses I bought from them, I had very had eyes infection, middle night had to go to hospital, after few weeks tried another pair had eye infection again. I always bought from another company never had problem for more than 5 years, because they didn't have stock, so I tried this company. And I paid big price for choosing them...
and in between I checked my prescription it doesn't change anymore. So I am so sure it is the quality problem. But the customer service is so cold and completely not willing to take any responsibility, makes you completely lost faith in a company with such attitude, then more talking is just waste time! But hope it is a good warning for other consumers.
