When received the lenses were nothing like the prescription given so were returned.

Glasses arrived. They are seconds, I bought Burberry sunglasses, whilst they have burberry on the lens, they do not have the signature check on the arms and as shown in the photographs on Alensa’s own website. I am expected to pay for the return of good which are not as shown and are ultimately seconds.
I am still waiting for my refund - many excuses, had to get my credit card company to assist!
A whole week since my return was delivered and. o communication from Alensa. Please note if you go to google maps to see the rerun address, it is simply a semi detached house. Further evidence that this is a scam shop

sent wrong size frames, after i had ordered the correct size, said it was a stock issue, but still took payment and sent them, i had to pay £6.49 to return for a refund, but refused to refund return postage cost, even though it was their mistake!

Ordered a pair or dolce and gabbana eye glasses last year. Cost me around £110+. I then fitted the highest quality lenses from another optician, bringing my total cost to £300+.
After 1 year, the frame has eroded away, and the silver titanium colour has turned silver due to the peeling - all across the glasses. I sent pictures to Alensa explaining the issue and showing them the frames in-depth. I've been going back and forth for MONTHS with them, and as a "gesture of good will" they offered a 25% refund which is ridiculous. I explained that these frames look worse than the free vision express frames you get, and nothing I would expect from Dolce Gabbana. The logo on the right side is also slanted and peeling off and I really do question their authenticity.
After they issued a 25% refund, i said i would like the full refund as these are just ridiculous. I've spent a combined total of 300 plus pounds and received some fake, peeling off poor quality frames from a supposed reputable company. Alensa offered a 100% refund if I return the glasses and I said fine, as long as you return them back to me as I have my own lenses in them. Low and behold, the scammy company refused and said we'll keep them and you get a refund. What are you going to do with highly personalised lenses and the damaged frame? Why should I need to return these for "inspection" when the pictures show the truth.
All in all, a terrible poor experience. I wouldn't buy a sock from them let alone a designer pair of glasses. I've also cancelled my and family members contact lenses purchases. The customer service is dirt poor - DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. Go to your high street or another reputable dealer, not these European companies with a warehouse in the UK.

I was looking for trials multifocal and this company offered the possibility to get a pack of just 5 so went for their, I assume, house brand TopVue.
I wasn't expecting much since they're cheap but based on my limited usage they would have been perfect if they worked.
My prescription glasses add is +2:00, on my glasses I requested +2:25 since I wasn't happy with a lower one and I ordered these lenses with an add of +2:50.
Just tried them on and the add is not real. I need to put on glasses of +1:00 to read my mobile which defeat the purpose of wearing multifocals.
I wanted to leave a review on their website just to worn people that perhaps these type of lenses are not great for a high add but didn't find the option to do that, despite seeing a total of 35 reviews for this particular product with a total rating of 100%.
Hence my decision to leave a comment on here instead.
Other than that they have a good variety of lenses and cheap delivery options so it would have been grand if the lenses worked.

Paid an additional £11.90 for UPS express 1-2 business delivery instead of the free option. Received an email today informing of a delivery date 1 week after purchasing. Alensa aren’t willing to refund the monies used for this express delivery that never happened and were generally very unhelpful. Very unhappy

Very pleased with the quick service & delivery.
However the pack of 2 AOsept 360ml bottles only come with one contact lens disinfection case which is ridiculous. Each case lasts only 30 days & I have 60 days of solution. So therefore one bottle won’t be able to be used. I contacted Alensa to be told this is how it comes. It clearly says on the Alcon site that each bottle needs a case. Absolute madness & a waste of money. Don’t buy!
