We hired a Nissan kicks in August 2025 for 6 months
When returning the car in February we're told that there would be charges for damages to wing mirror
We did not damage the vehicle and just now taken 1250 dirhams from bank account without any consent . We wanted this to be looked at by a manager but instead we just had money taken from account not great al emad another very unhappy customer

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
SCAM & FRAUD.
This is in 2026,
they force you to sign a blank pre-authorization form, which technically is a sign blank cheque which they can withdraw whatever amount from your visa/master card.
And according to over 200 reciews on google, Al Imad ripped them off without their consent.

I am sharing my experience regarding a recent rental dispute.

I rented a vehicle from Al Emad Car Rental and returned it in June 2025. At the time of return, no damage was recorded in my presence and no return inspection report indicating windshield damage was signed by me.

Approximately seven months later (February 2026), I was charged AED 2,115.75 on my credit card for a small windshield chip. I requested a signed return inspection report and timestamped documentation confirming that the damage existed at the time of handover, but no such signed return document was provided to me.

The matter has since been raised through formal dispute channels and is currently under review.

I would strongly advise customers to ensure that a detailed vehicle inspection is conducted at the time of return and that a signed handover report is obtained before leaving the premises.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This is the worst car rental company I have ever rented from.
Customer service is extremely poor. They do not answer calls, and messages are only replied to after many days. When you return the car, they look for any excuse to charge you for damages, even after inspection
What is most alarming is that they keep your credit card details and deduct money without your permission. Don’t trust “no hidden charges” on their website, they charged me an extra AED 300, the next month.
Do not trust what they advertise. I strongly advise everyone not to rent from this company.

They are bullshit rubbish scammers they are not just giving the cars for rent they are doing scam in such way upon handing over the car they will ask to pay by physical card through this way they will save the card in the machine and will deduct extra money without authentic reason and will not return back if you will call and ask they will not response properly . Please no one should take car from them. They are bug scammers and everyone who got trap by them inform to police so like this people will get punish.

Stay away from this company! What started as a simple car rental turned into an absolute nightmare.
First, they blocked over 4,000 AED on my account without proper explanation. Then, while I was driving, the car suddenly got disabled remotely via GPS - leaving me stranded with no warning whatsoever.

When I tried to resolve this, they never sent me a payment link so I could actually pay whatever they claimed I owed. Instead of helping, they just kept locking the car.
Their customer support is a joke. I got transferred from one number to another, then another, and another. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody actually solves anything. You just get passed around in an endless loop while your car sits immobilized and your money is held hostage.

The cherry on top? They eventually withdrew money directly from my account without my consent or approval. No invoice, no confirmation, no nothing - just took the money.
This isn't a rental company, it's a scam operation.

I rented a car from this company one year later they have collected 1000 euros from my account without telling me anything or permission, when I re searched about the company all I saw was negative, the only positive feedback they have is in their website which clearly it’s not real feedback.

Worst service ever, they will charge you for everything, even the smoke smell for more than 500 aed, they will charge you for anything you have done or you did not. Be careful with whole you are dealing with. BIG WARNING

I rented a Nissan Sunny from Al Emad in February and returned it 4 days early, declaring some scratches. I was told the charges would be up to 1,500 AED, but later received a vague invoice for 2,310 AED with no proper breakdown.

Despite repeated follow-ups, no one explained the charges. Then, five months later, the company charged my credit card without any notification or discussion. I never refused to pay — I only asked for clarity.

This behavior is unprofessional and unethical. Avoid this company if you don’t want surprise charges and poor communication.

We rented a car from Al Emad, and four months later they charged our credit card 2,310 AED for scratches without any prior notification. Since mid-July, we have been following up weekly, and even top management, including manager Farrukh, has assured us the matter would be resolved — yet no action has been taken. They have lost our trust twice: first by charging our card without notification, and second by handling the situation poorly with repeated unfulfilled promises. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

If you inquire about any car on their website and proceed with the booking, you’re still required to communicate with one of their representatives via WhatsApp. Inevitably, the car you booked is “not available,” and they’ll offer you alternative options — conveniently at a higher price — while making you wait for them to “confirm” availability. After all that waiting, the recommended car still isn’t available. They seriously need to update their website’s availability in real time and respond to customer inquiries promptly. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.

The worst car rental ever in Dubai, untrusted company, to rent a car from them they would spark the world for you by giving you all like easy, but after renting and returning the car for a month they start to give you a lot of hidden charges and also they start to up use with money even to return the car they charge you additional for service, what makes more funny they are charging In legal money which charging you additional amount for salik which should the prices be fixed as per RTA, this is unbelievable car rental company and I don’t recommend anyone to rent from them.

Im waiting for a reply on how a 2 day rental at 236 AED turned into a extra 775.05 AED. Money was taken out of my account without contact of what extra charge was for.

I rented a car from them and they charged me over AED 2,400 for a tiny scratch, with zero proof of any actual repair.

They ignored my emails for over a month, until I threatened to go public. They even offered me a “discount” — clearly admitting the charges were unfair and made-up.

They invent fees (excess damage, admin fees, etc.) and refuse to show any garage invoice or breakdown. It’s a clear tactic to steal your deposit.

I’m filing an official complaint and I will continue to share this story publicly so no one else gets scammed like I did.

STAY AWAY from this agency if you value your money.

The service provided was highly unsatisfactory, and the car was in poor condition. Fortunately, I had taken comprehensive videos and photos of the car at the time of rental, which enabled me to demonstrate that the damages were pre-existing, contrary to the rental company's claims that they were new damages caused by me. Better to avoid this agency .
