In all honesty, I rarely buy another make than Aldo, they just fit perfectly every time and I can order online and know that I'm getting a quality product that will feel comfortable and look great. In a world where you can always get something cheaper, what matters to me is the service. And Aldo customer service is absolutely top notch. Can't recommend them enough for their calm, helpful assistance.

The jewellery is decent. Overpriced even. But I LOVE the bags and shoes. GREAT quality!

Delivery was attempted without notice to an unattended office address on a Saturday. Quite correctly, the goods were not left as there was no one available to receive them. However no subsequent attempt has been made to deliver. The goods are still awaited. Not impressed with delivery service

Personally I’ve been shopping with Aldo for several years and never had a complain until recently,I’ve ordered shoes
Now for almost a month and still yet to receive my shoes, very poor and no empathy in communication ,the event I ordered the shoes for is long past but still no shoes and no reasonable explanation.

I bought leather shoes and after some time I started to feel like my heels are sinking and my feet going inwards. I noticed a small crack in the sole so went to a cobbler and they removed the insoles to see gaping holes underneath. The repair will be very costly and they said this should have never happened and that the quality of the shoes is very poor. I bought them a while ago but haven't worn them much and now it's too late to issue a warranty claim... I don't recommend buying their shoes, very poor quality.

Great customer service! I recently made an online purchase and a couple of days later the price was reduced due to further sales, I reached out to them and they refunded me the difference.

Gorgeous winter white trainers with warm insulation. Perfect for cold weather and extremely comfortable.

Terrible quality trainers. I’ve had three pairs over time of men’s trainers always hoping that they’ll be better next time but they always have issues from the structure of the trainer breaking, sole wearing away rapidly or inside disintegrating. Doesn’t happen to any other brand.

They also offer no refunds for shoes that have broken within a week of wearing them.

My bag was delivered on time and I love it, also it is discounted on a reasonable price.

ALDO as a reputable brand are on the decline. Being a past customer I decided to treat (because spending £180 on a pair of boots for me is a real treat) myself. The postage itself was slow-ish. What’s disappointing is the poor finish of this item. The Nevada western boot has a heel made of cheap white plastic that has been thinly painted to then appear black. This becomes apparent when you begin to pick up small scuffs from wear and tear. I raised this with customer service asking to seek resolution. I received what much felt like a AI response refusing a refund because I had worn them, completely missing my point. I’m not debating whether I’ve worn them, it’s the terrible quality & finish of the item I’m looking to receive some acknowledgement and some sign of wanting to offer a resolution (voucher/giftcard/some kind of goodwill)

Experience starts with the email notification newsletter and ends with delivery. Very satisfying to see how Aldo has cracked the B2C channel.
Great pair of shoes, expansive collection of pictures for each product and info on fit.
Your Black Friday sales are always so good. None of the shoes I bought on sale felt like out of season.

The product I ordered was good quality but the shoes didn't suit me. I am however appalled to be charged £3.95 to return my product after paying £3.95 to have it delivered in the first instance. £7.90 in total seems very unreasonable when other retailers offer free delivery but deduct £2 or £3 from your refund. I won't order from Aldo online again.

Aldo used to be one of my preferred shoe shops but they have fallen off. They have become way overpriced for average footwear (e.g. £170 for basic faux leather boots). The delivery service is more disappointing as the packaging is worse than eBay, I am not happy paying lots of money for a cheap experience. Might as well buy shoes from, Shein to receive the same cheap packaging. At least Aldo still has the decent, branded shoebox. That and the tissue paper was their only saving grace to make it feel like a nice shopping experience. Better to shop in-store I suppose, but their branches of course have limited stock.

The bag is cute but it is very small therefore, i will return it

Love the shoes , I’m not a high heel fan but these were perfect and comfortable, I bought half a size bigger but they were perfect . And the cushion inside the shoe made them perfectly comfortable.

I am really happy with the shoes I have bought. Really comfortable and beautiful. Highly recommend.
