Enfield, CT Aldi Store on Hazard Ave. BEWARE shoppers, I have been scammed for a couple weeks getting overcharged, not realizing it till long after the fact when reviewing my receipt. For two weeks I was OVERCHARGED on the Brookdale Chunk Chicken Breast cans. The pricing label on the shelf has been marked $2.39 per can. The last two weeks, I was charged $3.19 DECEPTIVE TACTICS ALDI.

Bags of their sugar, the signage for the product shows for weeks now, $2.12 each. I was charged $2.29 each. DECEPTIVE TACTICS ALDI .

An excellent MANAGER would be on top of these discrepancies before customers get to them: if you assign people to do price INCREASES it might be a good thing to actually check to see if they changed the signage.

I wonder how many other people have been deceptively overcharged; just like other products you find on the shelves, they often entice with the prices; for instance they had the price of their brand Mayonnaise at a great price but unless you really READ the label, you got scammed. They put jars of Hellman's there at another buck a jar. Sorry for you.

Let me not forget about eggs as well, they placed organic/ cage free in the area of $2.45 and if you didn't read CAREFULLY, they were closer to a $4 charge in reality...sorry for you.

I wrote to customer service to announce how deceptive their local store has been and they are not at all concerned, oh just take your receipt back for a refund. NOT THE POINT ALDI, the point is YOUR TEAM in the ENFIELD CT store is being deceptive on the prices. People should not have to photograph every item purchased to match it against the cash register receipt.

So, to which will now have to happen... every item purchased will have a picture taken. It is obvious the corporate service doesn't care so take it on yourself people.

WATCH OUT FOR THESE OVERCHARGES FROM THE ENFIELD, CT STORE- read the labels carefully. Pass the word to your friends or family that shop there. I already have.

Was in Aldi's today on Lee St in Des Plaines, il...Cashier's name is Sandra, she is just like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. She needs to stop being a RUDE robot!! Used to have nice cashiers there at one time.

I love that they're so affordable compared to other stores. The cashiers are always friendly & fast. I also like that you can bring your own bags to reduce waste. They also have insulated bags for sale for cold items.

You shop you buy you try come on inside Aldi try a package buy you can never go wrong in bulk it keep you a float

Aldi is a great store, our local one is always well stocked and good choice of vegetarian meals.

I absolutely love this store! The price point and quality of food/goods far surpasses that of Walmart or any other mart in our area. The new upgrades here in Oneonta, NY are very nice and contemporary. Staff worked their butts off during COVID trying to keep carts and such disinfected.
The only negative thing I can think to say is that sometimes the 2 poor employees seem stressed, running things all by themselves, but I understand the company trying to control costs for the customer.

Aldi store at 40th Street Chula Vista CA got me twice as much at half the price than other stores with fast courteous check out. Unfortunately they were out of stock on many popular items because hoarders sacked the place. Shoppers rushed into the store like a herd of spooked animals they all looked scared. In spite of it all Aldi is the bestest and cheapest store with friendly fast service and great quality products. I've never once regretted a Aldi shopping trip.

Aldi is my FAVORITE!
It is affordable, clean, fully stocked, and the staff seem friendly for the most part (havent seen to many smiles due to masks/COVID19). I genuinely enjoy that they rotate the items they get some months. It keeps my options open and I like to try new things. Grateful to have one about 3 miles away from home.

Got some frozen sausage patties and they were yuck! Same case with other frozen food of theirs.

Friendly staff and great prices! Even the quality are amazing!

My go-to store for 80% of my food items. Don't have to mess with coupons or rebates because they are very competitive in price and quality with all the other majors. I shop Kroger and Meijer too but usually only for their meat, produce or specific special pricing.

Still nothing back from Aldi. Horrendous customer service

If you go ahead with the unlawful and immoral discrimination of your staff that refuse the death jab because it’s NOT a vax and is deadly then I and millions of people like me will boycott your god awful company.

Some store are better than others. Overall Aldi is a great store. We shop here regularly and recommend them (some locations we avoid!).

I've been an devoted loyal Aldi customer for over 25 years both here and in Germany. I would spend an average of £50 a week on groceries. About a month ago they had these little battery drills. They were just what I wanted. I logged in and gave my order only to be told it was not acceptable. Then the fun started.With over 2 weeks with an engineer and clearance from the bank. There was no way in any situation my order would be accepted. The customer service people could not help. In other words I had been trashed as a customer. After 25 years Aldi did not want me!! No reason, nothing! So I've been over the road to LIDL who DO want me as a customer. I don't have much choice if Aldi refuse me as a customer for no reason??? Irony. It took a long time to persuade my wife to shop at Aldi. Now she has a grin on her Face and a "Told you so attitude"

good deals, but not a big fan of their meat section. all else is decent to excellent, & the workers are very friendly

My husband and I love Aldi. We go to the store in Anaheim. Great price and fresh vegetables.Mostly not crowded at all. Their customer service is great, too.
I strongly recommend this store.

I'm so glad Aldi came to the U.S. Stopping at Aldi is a must-have on my weekly grocery shopping. Amazing prices, high quality goods, great customer service. I also love trying new things with their seasonal Aldi Finds items.
