My Honest Review of Aldi I used to really love shopping at Aldi, but lately I’ve noticed some disappointing changes. The quality of the vegetables has gone down — many times I find produce tha... See more

The Aldi's store in Baltimore Maryland…
The Aldi's store in Baltimore Maryland on Frankford Ave is one of the most disgusting stores I have ever been in. Moldy bread is still on the shelves and rotten tomatoes are mixed in with the decent ones. I never see any staff going around to check on the condition of the store. This is the closet Aldi's to me but will drive further to another Aldi's that is clean.
Best prices and quality
Best food prices around and quality is just as good or better than the big brand names. Love this place!
RUDEST CHECKER EVER
We were recently in Aldi's in Rhinelander, WI. We had 3 items and used the self checkout. Put our card in complete with pin and it did not give us a receipt. So we began walking out and an extremely rude teller said loudly, you didn't pay for your groceries. We said it did not give us a receipt and we did pay. So we went back again, put in our card, our pin and we get a receipt this time. I told her on the way out that do not ever accuse us of not paying for our groceries.
We will NEVER set foot in another Aldi store again. Not to mention the store was filthy.
The Aldi in White Settlement has the…
The Aldi in White Settlement has the rudest two cowardly men that treat me like crap because I have a service dog and I'm a disabled veteran. Everywhere else we get great comments and thanks, people give nice comments to me about my dog, he's verbal sometimes because he's a husky, especially when we first walk into the store. Then that goes away and he's calm, but not those two disrespectful guys in Aldi that have never served our country and have worked there for a while. They don't know how to treat people. And I have showed all the my paperwork so they know that I'm a truly disabled veteran and that my dog is my service dog. I get nice compliments in the feed store Walmart and Walgreens and Supercuts in White Settlement. Way to go Aldi for picking two snotty guys With very ugly attitudes!
ALDIs in Perrish and Palmetto Florida…
ALDIs in Perrish and Palmetto Florida sell produce and dairy products that are old and get spoiled fast. We decided not to buy grocery from Aldi any more. Last time we bought oranges they were dry and old the milk went sour a few days prior to expiring and berries rot after a few days in the frig. We now buy grocery from Wal-Mart in Palmetto, FL. Everytung is fresh and lasts longer.
Plymouth MA
Plymouth MA. store is great. I understand the issues of off market items. Consider this. Walmart's own line of products are off line. I'm a picky shopper. If Aldi's doesn't have it, (I'm fortunate in this aspect), I can walk from that Aldi's parking lot to Walmart or Market Basket. Hate Market Basket. Reminds me of my teen days working for Stop and Shop. Good fish mart though.
Oh. One other thought. Aldi's line of vitamins are produced in a GMP facility. It states it on the bottles. That a big deal to me. Should be to you. Shows they're making an effort to maintain quality in manufacturing. From floor to ceiling everything in the building is monitored, recorded, filed and traceable. Wish I saw that on more products. Make more companies accountable for their actions.
Store #29 Cashier issues
Store #29 Cashier issues
Experience at Aldi is fine except when I encountered HAILEY. Not sure what her deal is. Folks in front of me didn't have a cart. She put their stuff in the bottom part and my groceries in the top part where children sit. Then she is in such a HURRY to get customers in and out, she pushes my cart way out. I use the grocery cart for stability (hip replacement in Oct 2023). I also use the top part to put my purse there to get my credit card out. Then she pushes the grocery cart (with my purse in it) so far ahead that I told her she has to bring it back. I told her she has no respect for older folks. She said that I should have respect for her? What? If she is so fast on the cashier and wants to be in a race, she needs t go work in a factory where employees are paid peace work like Lincoln Electric. I asked her if she ever worked in Middleburg Hts. I may have run into this person at the Middleburg Hts. store. She is not a patient person with older folks. What happened to training about older folks? Sensitivity training? I did not report her before but this time I am. She has a big mouth and an answer to every comment (loose tongue). That's not nice and I can see your store has many negative comments. I spent $37.77. These young folks under 30 yrs old are very bold. HAILEY should not be working directly with customers.

Aldies use to be my go to store until they went to no cashier's
I worked at an Aldi for over two years
I worked at an Aldi for over two years. The Aldi Finds aren't always a deal, but their food prices are the best in town.
My coworkers were amazing! We all did our very best. The customers were mostly wonderful. The job was fairly stressful, but I am proud to say I worked there.
The Aldi promos are lower prices and…
The Aldi promos are lower prices and better quality. The prices are the same as other grocery stores or more. The quality is worse. The ingredients are the same long list of additives and bio engineered junk. The Bake Shop muffins have a terrible artificial taste.
Plus, there is a fee for a grocery bag. Don't waste your time.
I would not even give them 1 star
I would not even give them 1 star - I use the Aldi's online order where you go to store and they put the groceries and they put them right in my car. I love this service because my husband will not grocery shop so I can send him for a pick up. I placed an order to pick up 3/24/2024 scheduled for 11 am pick up. I received a message that they had no one to pull the order so my order time was pushed back. Then I get a text that I will have to wait till the next day for the order. Now on the portal, it says if you need to modify your order or cancel the order you can do so online. No where on that portal is a cancel button. I called the customer service and as always get a foreigner that can barely speak English- he tells me no worries the order is cancelled. I went to store and did my grocery shopping. The next day I get a message that my order is ready for pickup! I called customer service and get told that they can not cancel it on their end and that if I dont pick up the order by 7 pm then the order will automatically cancel itself and the funds will not leave my account. Well, lastnight I got a message that my order was picked up and they charged my account. I did not pick up the order. I call Aldi's again to told I can wait 10 days before my funds to be refunded back to my account. When I call and tell the representative that I am not waiting she begins to tell me that its not their fault its my banks. I told her that I recorded the call and was told twice by Aldi's customer service that the order was cancelled and she told me if I record her she is hanging up now, and she did just that. They are recording the call but you can not apparently- its company policy! Beware
Aldi Instant Coffee is abysmal
Aldi Instant Coffee is abysmal, No smell or taste of what most people would expect of coffee. Shameful.
Bought it from Aldi, Hendersonville, NC, USA.
No Charge Chord with Product
Grandson gave us an Amblano Cordless Hand Mixer. When we opened the package the cable chord was missing. We have the mixer, but nothing to recharge the battery. I would gladly pay for the cable (electric chord) if you would quote me a price and give me an address where I can send the payment. Ray Hawk, 49 McLean Cove, Jackson, TN 38305
Cattleman’s Corned Beef disgusting!
I went to Aldi’s yesterday and bought a Cattleman's Corned Beef. It was 90% fat. I tried to trim and cook it , even after cooking it was just to greasy. I paid $8.01, This was a complete waste of my hard earned money. Cattleman’s needs to take them off the market before someone gets really sick!
Parking system GREEDY and punitive.
Aldi have become greedy and not interested in customers. Their punitive car parking system delegated to Parkingeye implements fines even if you spend hundreds but forget to enter your reg number... or mislay your receipt ..if you pay cash with no receipt you are stuffed...the staff dont remind you to do this (Wickford new store and new parking system after 25 years on no need to check car reg until now) and the security staff standing next to what I was later told was the reg number screen just stand and grunt when they could actually help you.
I went to Aldi for the first time and…
I went to Aldi for the first time and was very disappointed. The customer service is terrible. I asked a question the gal that works in the produce department rolled her eyes and asked me to make it fast because they are timed. A red flag went up at that point. I asked if they had carrots she said no and they weren't getting anymore. As I was checking out I asked for bags from the cashier and she totally ignored me. So I found a brown bag put me groceries in there and walked out vowing to never go there again. By the way this was Aldi in Whittier California.
Bio engineered
I shopped at ALDIs for a long time and found your products to be of good quality. My impression was you were meticulous about what you put on your shelves. However, recently I’ve noticed a lot of bio engineered items which is not good . Considering Aldi‘s produces a lot of their items I don’t understand why you are beginning to offer bad ingredient products? I hope you do better and get that crap off your shelves.
Our Aldi in Bayshore,NY used to be…
Our Aldi in Bayshore,NY used to be quick and easy, but not anymore! Recently, they closed most of the cash check outs. So ,now there is only 1 cashier to pay with cash, but they now have 7-8 credit card check outs. I guess Aldi is penalizing customers who use cash by making us wait on long lines. This is totally wrong, some people like to deal with a real live person and use cash...
An ex Aldi`s customer.
went to aldi store high street Royston…
Sent to aldi store high street Royston barnsley on a Friday evening to pick up a few items for tea that evening. Bought steak mushrooms and some asparagus such was out of date the following day so was reduced in price by 30%. Used self service till we only had a few items and payed. For some reason I checked my receipt to see if 30% was deduced.NO it was not, asked a member of staff about this and was told to go to main till for a refund. So I said does the till not recognise it has been reduced and she said we have to do it manually.come on 21st century technology. So customers be aware your discounted items you will pay full price at self service till unless you shout a member of staff to alter price.GET a sign up aldi to warn customers of this or get some better technologies like all other big supermarkets have.
I LOVE MY ALDI INTER HAVEN US 27
I moved to WINTER HAVEN (33884) over four years ago , decided to try ALDI since they are located less than three miles from my house. I have not shopped anywhere else since for my groceries until today.
I tried KROGER online but was unable to compete order due to technical issues. Their prices are much higher than ALDI.
ALDI produce is every bit as good as PUBLIX due to packaging.
Most of my shopping is completed on line via Instacart. I trust ALDI product quality to have someone else shop for me. I have been in or around grocery business country wide Since 1977 and I find ALDI the best company for groceries bar none.
