Waited 3 weeks to receive the wrong order

After patiently waiting for 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I received the wrong product. What was meant to be dark oak cladding arrived as walnut.

Noone answered the phone during operating hours to discuss the matter.

Also the courier signed the package off without my consent and didnt even bother to verify my order was correct.
