The size that I ordered turned out to be too small but after getting in touch with Alden & Ash they said they would send me the item out in the correct size without the need to return the wrong sized item. Highly recommended for their customer service alone. Products are great quality!

Don’t think twice about trying Alden. Brilliant clothing of the highest quality. Great customer service with personal interaction from the company to thank you for your custom and ask for feedback to help them improve.

Honestly, the jeans fit like a glove. Not too tight, not too loose, just the right fit. I’ve worn them on nights out and even to work. They hold up great and still look fresh. Alden & Ash really nailed the fit.

Ordered lightweight chinos. The fit is perfect and the elasticity is exactly what I have been looking for. Not giving 5 stars because the material and stitching isn't the best but I would order them again in a different colour

Rarely do reviews but had to here. Ordered two pair chinos. Very nice fitting but very cheap material, hanging threads everywhere. After 2-3 wears/washes not fit to be wore again. Shipped from China, took a long time. Lot of comments on Facebook claiming fantastic quality, must be fake

Contacted customer service showing the chinos poor quality, I was advised that my order has fallen outside of the refunds window so they offered my 15% off my next order. They wanted me to buy more. I have thrown two pair chinos 50 euro each in the bin. Don't waste your time or money.

Avoid - poor quality. No return or refunds. No replied - just spam and auto replies.

Claim to be located in Amsterdam! Stuff is super cheap and bad quality. Return is not possible. Stay away.

Good quality khaki pants for summer, and the perfect color not too dark not too light. Bought 2 more colors

PURE SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY, THERE IS NOOOOO!!!! REFUND AS THEY CLAIM!!! They first offer 10% refund and you keep the product and if you refuse and ask for you 100% as they advertised thrn they continue upwards untiñ they reach 30% and if ypu still refuse they tell you that you pircjased under s stack and save promotion and that all they can do. PLUS THE CLOTHES IS VERY VERY CHEAP MATERIAL!! Looks horrible and very cheap on!!! DO NOOOOOOOOOOT BUY!!!!!!! PURE SCAMMERS AND VERY CHEAP PRODUCT!!!!!!

I must say that the attention was excellent in this website when I had a problem. They answered in less than 24 hours and offered me a great solution. I´m very happy with them and I will continue buying clothes in this shop.

Fraud.

The Claim to do refund but they don't. They offer to send a Replacement with a different size, because they are dirt cheap. I demanded it multiple Times. They offer a different Option with 15% extra störe Credit or what not... And in third time insisting a refund. they Tell you that you can only convert "discounted" products to Store Credits and Link their AGBs.

But they advertise is completly different.

I'm satisfied with the Look and they fit me, but on the lower Chin Area right above the ankle the Material becomes fuzzy after the first time wearing it. I Flame it Off.

Absolutely brilliant. You can tell it’s made to last.
