Red Flag City
ALC Enable operates in a bizarre gray area with questionable compliance oversight. There are serious concerns around how funds are allocated and whether there’s any real accountability behind the scenes. It feels more like a shell for obscure personal agendas than a transparent, trustworthy operation. If you're a regulator or investor, you might want to take a very close look under the hood.
I worked with ALC Enable for several months, and frankly, it was one of the most disorganized, ethically murky environments I've ever encountered. Leadership seemed more interested in personal optics and political manoeuvring than delivering anything of real value. Several initiatives were just smoke and mirrors. A lot of lip service, no substance. Internal morale is nonexistent.
