Good quality, fast shipping and very nice customer service!

The quality of the products exceeds expectations. The cases in particular are very soft and pleasant — I’ll buy one in every color.

Do not buy if you have an eye for quality!
Just got my cover, and wallet today and I’ve already ordered another cover this time directly from apple. So I know that the cover will be great quality.
The cover is catching my pocket and pulling it out every time I take my phone out, and it just feels like some cheap Chinese white label.
So just buy from another place. Do yourself that favor.

Also the service is bad. Rafael is the only good employee. And the delivery takes 2-3 weeks!
Do not buy

I placed my order on november 28th and the webside said it would take 3-4 business days til be delivered. When the order status didnt change i wrote to costumer service on the 4th of december asking for a status. I was told it was on its way. When we reached the 9th there was still no change, so i wrote again. I was told I needed to be patient. It is now 9 business days since i placed the order and i have received no updates on the delivery and absolutely no help from the costumer service.

Really good service & product is beyond expectations!

I 100% recommend this purchase. The quality, design, and feel are amazing. I will definitely buy it again and get other colors and different items. It's absolutely worth buying; the quality and price are perfect.

I've ordered a case for my Iphone 16 and AirPods Pro 2, both cases fit perfectly and are very nice to use. The customer service is great. They were beyond helpful for me.

Never received my order . Company- not responding to emails at all and all delivery deadlines been passed week ago. This company is total scam . Had to open Apple Pay refund case. Total joke of company .

1.Can you not see order number ?
2. Sent maby 10 emails and got no reply at all .
3.The other email you provided is not valid - as email came back as undelivered!
4. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 business days . Placed order 23rd of November- 10th of December- still no sign of order.
5. Requesting refund- immediately!

I was expecting next day delivery but due to the Black Friday sales this was not possible. Contact with the support desk gave a positive outcome to keep me informed and happy with the product.

Really impressed with my green Alcanside phone case. The material feels great, the color looks amazing, and it fits my phone perfectly. Good grip, solid protection, and still looks brand new after weeks of use. Definitely worth it!

I order two cover for my iPhone 15 one week ago, I received them and I found some defective on these covers:
- in the red one, there is the magsafe which isn't in the center of the cover;
- in the black cover, there is the edge on the right on the camera-phone which doesn't protect my screen. Infact, when I leave my phone on the table, my screen touches it and it isn't safe for my Iphone.

I expected two good covers like the company says into the advertisement and also because It sells them for 90 euro. I’m very disappointed.

I already contact the assistance and they don’t reply yet. I’m still waiting it.

Quick delivery, but aside from that, nothing else was good. Really poor quality of product. Colour does not match well with what’s advertised. The same item can come in 2 different boxes (I got 2x AirPod cases a they came in 2 different style boxes). The wallets come in boxes made for phone cases. Can not recommend this company at all, even when they do some offer (BOGO, 50% off etc.). Definitely not the accessible “luxury” items they portray them as.

I’ve purchased 6 iPhone 17 Pro Alcantara covers from Alcanside, plus 2 matching AirPods cases, and the products are truly excellent. The material looks very sleek and elegant, and the craftsmanship is easily noticeable.
I needed to exchange two covers, and the customer service was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.
I am very happy with my purchases and will definitely order again. Absolutely recommended!

Really poor service , trying to reach them for several days in order to return one of the 3 cases that I bought for my iPhone because I didn’t like the colour , sent them few emails and still no response , if it was possible to put no star I would , never buying again!!!
