Never received any product. Ordered a case for both the new AirPods and the new iPhone over 2 months ago and never received anything.

Really nice product. Very sturdy and nice feel of the alcantara. My only issue is that the volume buttons are not fully aligned on my iPhone 15 pro max, which causes it to constantly press the volume down button, which makes it difficult to adjust the volume. Otherwise very content with the product.

I‘ve pre-ordered the AirPods Pro 3 case in Red and it took a while till the product arrived but it’s normal if a new apple product releases. The support who I contacted was very nice and helpful! The quality of the case is very good and it feels wonderful

Am 1.10.2025 habe ich bei Ihnen ein Case für meine AirPods Pro 3 bestellt. Direkt nach der Bestellung erhielt ich eine Bestellbestätigung, am 2.10. die Info, dass die Bestellung vorbereitet wird. Danach war eine Woche Funkstille – bis zum 10.10., als ich erfuhr, dass es Lieferverzögerungen gibt. Auf Ihre Empfehlung hin habe ich dann die Farbe geändert, um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen.
Heute, am 21.10.2025, habe ich das Case erhalten. Es sieht wirklich gut aus – leider ist es aber das falsche Modell: Geliefert wurde ein Case für die AirPods 3, ich hatte aber eines für die AirPods Pro 3 bestellt.
Was zusätzlich enttäuscht: In der Zwischenzeit habe ich 26 Mails erhalten, viele davon Werbung – aber eine zeitnahe oder hilfreiche Kommunikation zu meiner Bestellung blieb leider aus. Die Reaktionszeit Ihres Kundenservices lässt stark zu wünschen übrig.
Ich werde das falsche Case nicht zurücksenden, da mir der Aufwand inzwischen zu groß ist. Trotzdem möchte ich Ihnen diese Rückmeldung geben, in der Hoffnung, dass Sie Ihre Abläufe und den Kundenservice künftig verbessern.

I placed an order on October 1st, 2025, for a case for my AirPods Pro 3. I received a confirmation email shortly after, and on October 2nd, I was informed that my order was being prepared. Then I heard nothing until October 10th, when I was told there were delays and given the option to either wait or change the color. I chose to change the color to avoid further waiting.
Today, October 21st, I finally received the case. It looks great – but unfortunately, it’s the wrong model. I received a case for the AirPods 3, not the AirPods Pro 3, which I originally ordered.
To be honest, I’m quite disappointed. I received 26 emails in the meantime, many of them promotional, but proper updates or helpful customer communication were lacking. Your response time and customer service leave much to be desired.
Returning the wrong item now feels like more effort than it’s worth, so I will keep it. However, I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that your order fulfillment and communication processes improve moving forward.

Great quality case and excellent customer service. There was a delay because the package got stuck in the local postal system (outside the seller’s control), but they stayed in touch, responded quickly, and handled everything professionally until it arrived. Really appreciate their attitude and how easy they were to deal with.

A product with excellent finishing.

So much so that it is the envy of the most famous luxury brands.

Because the product is really well defined, from the stitching to the weight, which is no small thing.

I recommend ALCANSIDE for its dedication to quality and product research, and for its all-round customer care.

The case that I’d bought for my 16 Pro was showing signs of premature wear, and it was only a few months old.

Disappointing and not what I’d expected because the case that I’d bought for my two year old 14Pro when new is still looking good.

But to their credit, ALCANSIDE took the initiative to contact me, and offered a full refund, as they were equally upset.

Instead, I’ve asked for a replacement case, because I love the product and maybe I was just unlucky.

Customer care on this level is exceptional, I honestly am that impressed.

Overall good service – my order was shipped quickly, and everything arrived on time. However, the product image was a bit misleading, as the cover I received wasn’t exactly the same as the one shown in the picture. A bit disappointing, since I expected to get what I saw when ordering.

Fixed the error quickly + without additional costs. Good attitude.

Very beautiful products. It looks very chic. Something went wrong with my first order, but that was resolved very quickly and well by customer service, who respond very promptly. I have been using the cover for a little less than 2 weeks now, and it is working out very well. I am curious how the cleaning works and if it will still look like new afterwards
