This is my second time reviewing this company, John went out of his way to help me sort a problem on a scanner he didn't sell me rather than just sell me one of his, so when I decided to get a new one there was only 1 choice of supplier. Before actually selling me the unit I had to give a list of the functions I required so he could check with the manufacturer the I would be getting the correct one. I have not come across a company whose ethos is Customer Satisfaction before Profits for many a year. John will reply to a query in double quick time and nothing appears to be too much trouble.
If you are looking for diagnostic equipment then these are the guys to contact, you will not find better !

Great company to deal with it arrived the next day and was the best price for the ANCEL vd700 it is a spot on piece of kit as it has also helped me sort out and clear all faults showing and it will even clear the service spanner indicator if you do your own servicing

Ordered the VDUB diag and received it next day with normal shipping options, after spending a few days messing with it I have to say this is the best Bluetooth/phone obd tool I have ever used,

Queried whether this tool would perform particular ABS tasks and John responded promptly to my e-mail offering advice and option to return product if it did not meet my needs. The item was promptly shipped and on first inspection it would appear to have a very comprehensive feature set including the particular function I required. Although it’s early days to thoroughly evaluate I am more than satisfied with the friendly advice and excellent service from Albionshire Diagnostics.

Used these guys for a model specific scanner which performed faultlessly until it was updated online. I went direct to the manufacturer for help who were less than helpful so I went to Albionshire as the supplier and they have me a full no quibble refund. Couldn't wish for better customer service. Won't hesitate to use these again.

I was not sure if the Top Don Elite would suit my needs so I contacted Albionshire through email and they contacted me back with a person from Top Don who I could speak to to answer my questions which he did fully. When I purchased the Elite from Albionshire the whole process was seem less and extremely quick and it was delivered ahead of the expected due date. On the whole I couldn’t be more happier with my experience or with the company.
