Quality is good, but....
Quality is good although the latest Beef chunks are not what I would call beef or chunks - used to be good but now just beef lips and fatty scraps with very little beef.
Delivery is always good and comms are good when you have an issue.
Will continue to use although now supplemented with other suppliers.

I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy with our beef chunks. They have always been made from beef lip going up into the cheek area, as are most other manufacturers. We are looking to maybe try something different for the chunks in the new year. Since September we have had an issue with some of the chunks being lighter in colour and more fatty, and this was because the animals were all younger cows under 18 months old. We are now making sure any meat purchased is from older animals, so hopefully this won’t happen again. I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused.

In the 7 years we have been buying direct from Albion, they have always provided us with first class support and customer service, why would we change it, especially as both the beagles love the food and we know there is first class ingredients going into each product .. thank you

My 5 yr old Retriever has really struggled to recover her “sparkle” after having a litter of beautiful pups. She’s had every test that the vet could think of but they revealed nothing. A friend suggested changing to Albion raw food and the almost immediate change in her health, vitality and mood is astonishing. She’s playful, bouncy and happy again.
Albion service is exceptional and as an added bonus it actually works out a lot less expensive than Butt**nut Box.

I’m very sorry that you are not happy with the delivery. We use both DPD and Parcelforce and in some areas they are very good, however I suppose it varies from area to area and drivers differ. With both companies you should have received a text informing you of the delivery, so I can only apologise if this has not happened.

10 years of great service
I have used Albion Meat for almost 10 years since I had my dog when he was 14 weeks old. Never been disappointed with their product. Dog loves this food 10 years later. Great products and service. Many thanks from Ruben 🐶

Always forget to do a review 🙈 Had nothing but excellent customer service & help from day one with Albion. Our Dally is allergic to a lot of foods & can't have Offal. Albion were able to supply us pure lamb mince, which he loves & looks great on. Recently started getting the meaty strip treats, which are great too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend 🐾
