I would 100% recommend anyone to shop with Albinadyla. Communication was top teir from before I ordered until my order was completed. From the video of my item when it was finished and ready for shipping, I'm super happy with the service and will definitely shop with them again and again!!!!

Lovely customer service, got my dresses within 3 days. Stunning quality!

I ordered a customized dress and made sure to confirm the length details in advance. I was promised that if the length wasn’t as expected, it would be fixed. Unfortunately, after receiving the dress, I discovered it was completely off, and now the team is ignoring my messages. Their responses are standard and dismissive, which is unacceptable for a customized order.

On top of that, the fabric quality is poor — it started falling apart after the first wear, and the zipper doesn’t fit properly with the dress material. The quality and finishing are nowhere near what was shown or promised.

Also, on their own website, it clearly mentions that the model is 170 cm tall wearing 14 cm heels, yet the dress on me is still significantly longer, which proves the measurements and product description are misleading.

I strongly advise against purchasing or customizing dresses from this brand. The service, quality, and professionalism are all extremely disappointing.

My order was not well done the stones all in bad conditions I send a few emails and today I receive a call and what’s up msj to solve the issue. Now I’m waiting for a new item and return the damage one. I keep post about the result but on my conversation with tensor I feel relieve about the situation. Let’s see the final outcome

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience regarding my order for a dress for my sister's wedding. I was promised that the dress would be shipped and delivered before the wedding date, but just three days prior, I received an email stating that it wouldn't be ready in time. This was already a letdown, as the wedding was an important occasion for my family.
After contacting customer service to request a refund, I was assured that it would be issued and escalated due to the poor service I had received. However, it has now been 40 days, and I am still waiting for my refund. The complete lack of communication during this process is unacceptable, and my follow-up emails go largely unanswered.
This experience has left me frustrated and angry, and I hope the company can take the necessary steps to address these issues moving forward.

Wow! What an amazing evening gown!

I am so choked with the sizing and quality for the price. I bought several dresses from their site. They were all the same size that I ordered going off their sizing charts; but some were too big while others fit great.

For the price; the consistency in the sizing and in their work was not there. There were several pieces I bought that had threads unraveling, beads falling off at a rapid rate and just not what you’d expect for the price. I paid thousands of dollars buying several pieces at once which was maybe my mistake to have done. Not to mention I had to pay over $1000 in custom fees. Maybe if you buy one item and don’t have a rush and can wait weeks; it might be a better quality and consistency 🤷‍♂️

I ordered a dress with this business and before being mailed the dress, the business sent a video of the dress. It was completely different to the photo on the website. I assume the photos used are fake or stolen. I paid over $1000 AUD, so I requested that the money be refunded and went back and forth in messages with several people on WhatsApp who would either not answer me or try and pressure me into trying another dress. I kept asking and then was told that a refund could not be processed until the 30 day mark. The website says “a refund can be requested within 30 days” and they use this to say they won’t process one until 30 days. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS NOT THE SAME DRESSES. I have still not received proof of refund. If someone from the website is reading this, my order is 33984. Please process my refund immediately.

The team is very sweet and accommodating got our custom made dresses done so much quicker then i thought and quicker then they told me and they tuned out so beautiful we cant wait to wear them thankyou!!!
