Order- AS016206
The order was cancelled and the refund processed at the end of December 2025. I recently received an email from the company explaining what happened and offering an apology.

The change in my initial rating from 1 to 3 stars is due to the company's concern in acknowledging what goes wrong in order to improve.

On December 1st I placed an order. On December 3rd I received an email informing me that the shipping costs were incorrect and they were requesting an additional €30.50. I replied the same day requesting the cancellation of the order because I disagreed. They never responded. I sent emails again on December 6th, 9th, and finally on December 10th through the website (customer support). To this day I still haven't received a response and the order has not been cancelled.

Everything was perfect: packaging, delivery, and receipt of goods. The products themselves are especially beautiful.

Prompt and professional. Courteous at all times. The company responded quickly and kept me informed throughout!! Thoroughly recommend them.

Really good experience, before shopping I checked trust pilot, I was convinced by the reviews so I went to place an order, a set of cutlery from Pintinox, couldn’t find it anywhere else. I leave 4 stars instead of 5 because the website stated that all the pieces were in stock but it took a really long time to get delivered, I contacted them through their website and they got back to me via email saying that the knife set wasn’t in stock and were waiting for more from the provider, eventually they restocked (they let me know all throughout with updates via email) and eventually I received everything in perfect condition. The tracking was done via the app: Shop.

Experience in Spain

Very nice products, beautiful and strongly made, excellent quality and delivery. Everything is safely packed, with care. They had to send my order in 2 packages. Only one glass on this large order was a little chipped, and they very quickly offered to send a new one for free, no extra for delivery despise being in another country. They even offered that I add some last minute products to the order if I want, so they could send it with the glass, with no extra delivery cost. While I didn't need it, it was certainly a nice gesture.

Fast delivery, excellent products, and even more excellent aftersale experience to resolve my issue (something that is less and less common). 5/5 would buy there again. My friends and family are already looking to buy there too for their glassware needs, now. That does say something in itself.

I ordered 12 bottles of wine - AS08091 - on August 9th, 2025. According to the order confirmation the order should be delivered 13/14th August. Since then I have had no updates. When contacting the company I am receiving answers from an AI chatbot. I have now requested a cancellation and refund, but to no avail.
Follow up:
I eventually managed to get through to management of the company. My mails had got caught in the spam filter. It turned out that the ordered article was not readily available. In any event things were sorted out to my satisfaction and I appreciate management attention and follow up. Customer service on-line is being handled by an AI chatbot, which can be fine, if there is proper follow up, as well as the option of getting passed on to a service agent, if required. In conclusion I am satisfied that the company wishes to provide good service.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir bei albersoshop.it die H&H Trinkgläser in allen Größen und Mengen so problemlos bestellen konnten. Obwohl die erste Lieferung nur zu 98 % gepasst hat, hat der Kundenservice schnell, freundlich und absolut kulant reagiert. Die fehlenden Gläser wurden sofort und sogar über unsere Erwartung hinaus kostenlos nachgeliefert (Bestellung AS06968 und Bestellung 700007536).
Ein großes Dankeschön – so stellt man sich Kundenservice vor! Wir bestellen gerne wieder.

We were very pleased that we could order the H&H drinking glasses from albersoshop.it in all sizes and quantities without any issues. Although the first delivery was only 98% complete, customer service reacted quickly, kindly, and with great generosity. The missing glasses were immediately replaced free of charge and even beyond our expectations (Order AS06968 and Order 700007536).
A big thank you – this is exactly how customer service should be! We will gladly order again.

I ordered 4 sets if amazing plates. They arrived on time. One of the plates was damaged. I contacted the company and got a replacement sent to me free of charge. Would definitely recommend the shop. It has a great selection

I ordered on the 28.06.2025. Order ist confirmed. AS05343. Was put of several times. Canceled order and requestet refund already on 18th on July. Second time on the 28.07. No reaction.

Thank you Alessandro for all your help over the years. Great customer service, fast response and never a problem with delivery to Ireland. Competitive prices as well.

Our experiences with albero shop were mixed:
We ordered 3x 6 special water glasses and can confirm a good quality and an appropriate price.
However, the parcel was sent to a completely different address in the first place.
We contacted customer service. They were friendly and polite, but could not work out the problem with DPD.
When finally receiving the order, one glass was broken.
Albero Shop was willing to sent a subsitute glass which was again labeled incorrectly but finally arrived at the right destination.
Altogether we are happy with products and service, delivery instead was problematic.

Great customer service, and products always amazing quality. Delivery time on point

The Company offers a wide range of items.
We were interested in a peculiar kind of glasses for beer.
The price is convenient and the delivery equally very convenient.
The only but significant problem we faced was represented by a late delivery of the glasses, one day in excess.

Shipping charges are nowhere to be clearly stated during the shopping process. The only mention I found was that they "start at 5,90€", but the actual cost only appeared at the very end—after finalizing my order, I saw a charge of 11,90€.

Worse still, after I had already paid, I received a message saying that due to technical reasons, the shipping fee was incorrect and I would need to pay an additional 14€, or cancel the order altogether.

This kind of pricing ambiguity is unacceptable. It's a complete waste of time shopping somewhere that doesn’t clearly communicate total costs upfront. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Reply to the shop's response (Aug 17th, 2025):
The reply from the seller is not accurate. Free shipping was never offered. When contacted, I immediately requested cancellation, but it still took some time to get my money back. I responded to all questions regarding my order, but I declined to respond to repeated requests to change my review. My experience stands as described.

Alberoshop was great to work with on my recent purchase of wine glasses. I accidentally ordered the wrong quantity but Ilaria at Alberoshop contacted me. She quickly corrected my order and shipped to me. The glasses arrived in USA in perfect condition. We highly recommend the VDGlass 81 cl Skyline.
